Nov 29,2024The wrecker was great buuut you may have a wait. I struck a deer Wednesday night which rendered my car basically useless. I found DRIVE Roadside strictly by chance and requested a "rescue" tow. They were quick to dispatch someone, unfortunately they were from Killeen which is a solid 2 hours away from where my location was given. Add that to the holiday traffic and it was definitely a wait. I DO appreciate the friendliness of the wrecker driver and how promptly he got my vehicle hooked up and towed home. All in all the service was great, my only complaint is that I wish they could've dispatched someone closer. Thanks Roadside for helping me out!

Nov 29,2024Everything was amazing!!! SO affordable, convenient, easy to find/get to. Staff was superb! They honestly were some of the friendliest and most helpful hotel staff I've met. Everyone. Not just the front desk. They were mere minutes away from providing anything you asked for...blankets, extra pillows, etc. They offered complimentary fruit through the night for late late check-ins, as well as juice and coffee. At the front desk, they provided iced water with lemon to help weary travelers hydrate. A++++++ Breakfast was beyond good and provided a great offering. No just your typical powdered eggs and greasy sausage. I'm talking fresh baked (not pre-packaved muffins, egg frittata, the best bacon I've ever had, sausage, egg, and cheese English muffin sandwiches. Unbelievable. My son is about to be here for schooling, and we will stay here EVERY SINGLE TIME WE COME THIS WAY. Do yourself a traveling favor, and book your room(s) here!

Nov 29,2024The gentleman arrived far earlier than the ETA stated from the tracking site which was great. He worked quickly and efficiently. A little pricey to change a tire but I wasn’t dressed for the occasion.

Nov 28,2024Extremely fast response time. I believe it only took about a half hour if that to get to where I was. The technician was knowledgeable and fast in his work. I think the biggest plus for me was the price to get back on the road. It was more than affordable. This will be the company I use moving forward if I ever have the unexpected happen again.

Nov 27,2024Waited 4 hours to get a tire repair. First guy had an active warrant for his arrest so he couldn’t come on to the military installation to do the repair. Then I received a phone call saying that my next repair guy was 20 minutes away, alright cool. Only to wait another 2 hours with still no repair guy. Honestly would have been more worthwhile walking to a store to purchase a jack for my car to do it my damn self.

Nov 24,2024Last night, my front wheel popped as I was driving. It was around 9pm and I did a quick google search to find someone to help. I’m so thankful that I happened across this website. I filled out an easy online request and was back on the road with my spare in an hour. The tech that came was so kind and so quick with the swap. I would recommend this service to anyone who finds them in a situation where they need a tire change, tow, etc.
