Oct 18,2024They got there really fast and got my car opened quickly once they arrived. You can view your location along with a little tow truck icon that moves towards you in real time. First time I’ve ever locked my keys in my car and it was already a long day. They made it a little less stressful.

Oct 15,2024Drive Roadside was prompt, professional, and got me out of a sticky situation. Dispatch was also very clear, concise, and I knew what to expect. This is definitely a service that I'd recommend and one that I will use in the future if need be.

Oct 14,2024I had a gas delivery, waited hours, paid 159, only for no one to ever show up or for the driver that was assigned to not answer his phone. then when I called to tell them I want a refund because nobody ever showed nor responded. they approved the refund but decided to charge me the 49 dollar cancelation fee. I didn't cancel, nobody ever came. it was at least 8 hours I waited if not 10.

Oct 14,2024Service was provided in a promptly matter. The roadside assistance tech forgot to rescure the hitching post so the hitching post broke off while I was going down the road, I didn't know it wasn't resecured until I got home and saw something hanging under my vehicle

Oct 13,2024My battery died in my rental, so I called you guys. The tech was super nice and on time. He clearly knew what he was doing, and gave instructions to wait 30 minutes before turning off the vehicle to ensure it was charged. I will call you guys again if I need help.
