Oct 13,2024The tow truck driver that was dispatched to my rescue was a godsend. I ended up getting the donut on my vehicle and he still came to my location, made sure my lug nuts were secure and also examined my tire. He removed what was stuck in my tire and even offered to repair it and putting said original tire back on my vehicle. Beings that it was late at night I declined and he was still very educational and advised me that the tire was repairable and to not purchase brand new! George really helped me that evening and I appreciate his kindness!

Oct 09,2024It was 8pm and the initial time frame was 90-120mins and the two truck arrived 45mins later. The driver called me to discuss what was going on to better prepare for what I needed. I had 2 flat tires on the passenger side and ended up being towed to Les Schwab for service. The driver was very nice, explained everything to me and was helpful as to what my car needed. I will keep their business card and use them again if needed.

Oct 08,2024When the tow truck driver arrived he was courteous and helped me get into the truck cab. Then he had my vehicle on the bed of the truck and tied down extremely quickly. Finally he knew right where to go so I could get the two new tires I needed. He was interesting to talk to also!
