Sep 09,2024They were fast in getting to me based on the estimated wait time. The guy who came was named Aleem and he was extremely professional and quick in changing my tire. Customer service was very efficient in getting all the information they needed from me and stayed on the phone with me until I stated I was safe. Thank you so much for rescuing me!

Sep 08,2024They dispatched a local garage to me quickly. The instructions on line were easy to follow and only a few short steps. They also kept in touch with me through text. I was very pleased that I was provided with the garages number so I could contact them with an ETA. I highly recommend driveroadside.com.

Sep 08,2024The response was quick...25 minutes which made me not-so-late for work. And the guy alerted me to the fact that it was not my battery (which was good) but rather a problem with a battery cable!

Sep 08,2024On the morning of my return home from vacation I woke up to a dead battery. I called for help and a young man arrived within 20 minutes and had me running again. It's nice to know their are people out there 24/7 and can get you out of trouble.

Sep 08,2024Be more accurate with your estimates in time. When you’re waiting on roadside assistance it’s already stressful because something went wrong. A longer estimate is better than a short one you miss. It set the whole experience up to be bad from that point on.

Sep 05,2024I’d had an experience similar to another reviewer: I was repeatedly assured I was using AAA, then charged $200. They refused to refund. Reported to BBB, you should to. This is a fraudulent company.

Sep 04,2024Got a flat tire during rush hour heading into a holiday weekend. Finding their website was easy as well as easy to follow. They checked in on me to keep me apprised of the technicians timing. When technician arrived, he was friendly, polite and got me on my way.

Sep 03,2024It was Labor Day weekend and I thought I wouldn’t be able to get help. Within 30 minutes they were at my house, checked the old battery which was shot and had a replacement battery installed and was gone in less than an hour for everything. It was a giant help.
