Sep 15,2024Was out of town for a extended time , of course when I got home my battery was dead. After a goggle search I luckily found this company was able to schedule and pay online. Got a message they will be there 60-90 minutes. They arrived in only 20 minutes. Dwayne was very pleasant. Had my car started in 10 minutes. I'd recommend this company to everyone.

Sep 14,2024If I could not leave a star, I would. I waited for hours l, literally almost 5 hours on the side of the road with my 2yr old. Called many times, had to have two different dispatch drivers because the first never showed. After seeing I was charged $179 I told the representative I wanted a refund who told me I was covered & never charged. Well, I definitely was charged. It's now been over 48 hours & I'm still waiting for ANY KIND OF COMMUNICATION FROM ANYBODY! Currently waiting for a supervisor to return my call after waiting for 20 minutes! Do not use this company. The driver didn't even know how to take my tire off. I had to call my dad who instructed the driver on what to do & he had to use my own personal jack. This company is an absolute joke.

I paid one straight fee and got my tire repaired. Way better than my insurance roadside assistance. Eill use again and recommend. Thank you

Sep 11,2024While the service was prompt, they charge $199 to drive 10 miles to deliver 2 gallons of gas. That’s ridiculous! When I initiated service, they said it was a hold fee. Not the actual fee. I would hate to see what they charge for a tow or tire replacement.

Sep 11,2024Communication was so very important to me when I recently had a flat tire and my vehicle was stranded on a bridge between Tennessee and Arkansas. I was able to complete most of my info online. Within minutes I received a call from a Drive Roadside employee who gave his name and ETA. Mr. Xavier Taylor was very prompt and polite. He expressed concern for my safety through the entire incident and I was on the road in a matter of minutes.
