Jan 14,2025I've never heard of Drive until I used them. I had a dead battery due to my kids turning on an interior light before we went in to the movies. Placed a service call for a jump. The tech showed up promptly and had me back on the road in no time. Will definitely use them again!

Jan 12,2025The service technician arrived fast, and kept me informed prior to arrival. He was courteous and worked professionally to get my car opened up. Took him about a minute with no issues or damage. The only part of the service call I didn't like was the cost, but I understand why it was so pricey.

Jan 11,2025Dispatch gentleman knew his stuff was able to tell me my truck did a reboot while driving and why my truck died on the freeway. He called the tech to go and not cancel as tech thought I needed towed due to it being my alternator. Tech did so and successfully jumped my truck. Many thanks to both gents at 5:30 / 35 degrees I was very appreciative

Jan 11,2025They will rip you off. Waited over 2 hours when they said 45 minutes, and then charged $459 for a 31 mile tow. When I have asked for an invoice needed to turn in to insurance they gave me the runaround and NEVER provided it. Only a receipt which is not what I need. DO NOT USE THEM. They are unprofessional and not helpful at all. There's no useful information on their site or any customer service whatsoever. Use another company

Jan 10,2025Waited over 3 hours for service man. Got billed $199 for a simple battery jump, Battery went dead (no fault of yours), Different jump from Cross Towing and they charged $55. I feel the service provided by DRIVE was greatm considering the wicked weather, but fee charged was not appreciated.
