Jan 04,2025Having never been thru the experience of getting a completely flat tire, I panicked. It was an unfortunate and unexpected scenario to walk out of the store and see my car looking a bit crooked. I first tried to find the service number on my insurance card, but since I'd never had to make any claims in the last 14 years I'd been with them, I honestly had no idea how hard it was to get help from them. That's when I gave up, and went on a google search. My eye definitely caught the website for Drive Roadside. With the awesome reviews surrounding them, it was an easy decision to contact them. I have to say... I was blown away with the whole process! In the span of about 40-45 mins, a company was dispatched, a tech arrived, a zipped right thru the swap of a spare.
