Dec 01,2024Good quality products. EB was recommended by our plumber. What was disappointing for us was our shower screen did not come with a support bracket so this delayed the fitting by 10 days whilst the bracket was ordered and cost the plumber additional time. Why didn't the salesman state that this bracket was needed so it could be ordered when the main order was placed?

Nov 30,2024We first approached Easy Bathrooms Sittingbourne Kent back in Early June, where we had the assistance of Michelle, who designed our new bathroom from our choice of suite and accessories. Was such an easy process. Michelle recommended a local trader to install/refit our new bathroom. Michael of HM Plumbing & Heating, Sittingbourne Kent. We had to wait 4 months to fit in with our plans, but can I say it was worth the wait. Michael’s attention to detail is second to none, and will always discuss things with you during the process. A highly competitive quote, that turned into our Beautiful New bathroom. We can’t thank Michelle & Michael enough for the work that went in to achieve an outstanding completion.

Nov 29,2024I contacted the Stoke on trent branch to report that the soft close on my toilet seat had stopped working. The problem was sorted quickly and a replacement was authorised. This unfortunately took a few months as the product was out of stock but this was no fault of the branch. It has now been replaced and works perfectly.
