Dec 04,2024Brilliant service and advice from Sam at Easy Bathrooms, Chelmsford. He helped with the design to make sure everything we wanted would fit in He was friendly, efficient and explained everything fully to us keeping us informed throughout.The delivery arrived on the date chosen and although delivery drivers were not allowed to deliver into the house they assisted as much as they could. We have since been back to choose a tap and toilet for another bathroom in the house and he remembered us and was just as helpful. Would recommend easy bathrooms.

Dec 03,2024Excellent experience looking for our new bathroom. Being able to visit the items on display in the showroom made a big difference to us as we could get ideas for what we wanted. Staff were very helpful. Everything arrived on time and exactly as ordered. All looks great now it's been installed.

Dec 03,2024Ordered a new suite and tiles from the Christchurch store where the staff were very good and very helpful. However there were some delays in stock availability so we required three delivery dates before we finally obtained all the items. In particular the freestanding bath which did not arrive until 10 days after the installation had begun. Our fitter chose to use a different tile adhesive and we decided to change the grout colour which meant we were left with excess stock, namely 80kg of adhesive and 15kg of grout plus 5l of waterproofer and 1l of primer. Easy Bathrooms returns policy meant they would not take this back despite it being unopened. The grout was a massive oversupply as our fitter only used 2.5kg of our chosen colour. When we ordered our suite there was the offer of free tiles if using their own installation team. However the cost quoted for this on our modest 2.5m x 2.2m bathroom was over £10k in addition to the £6k for the suite etc. We were able to get a first class installation from a local tradesman for half the price. Very happy with the new suite, just a shame the company doesn't have a more customer friendly returns policy.

Dec 03,2024Rick and the team at Stockport were absolutely fantastic. I had visited so many bathroom shops and was feeling a little overwhelmed and confused with all the choice. Rick offered to plan my new bathroom so we could see what would fit and if my ideas would work with the space we had to play with. He was patient, knowledgeable and offered suggestions without being pushy. On reflection I decided the first plan wasn’t quite right so he worked with me to find tiles that I absolutely adore. We worked as a team and nailed the design. If you are looking for a new bathroom, look no further and ask for Rick, you won’t regret it.

Dec 02,2024The worst customer service. They design a bathroom that wont fit the space it was made for then refuse to take back returns if theyre out of the box. Not sure how you check if something first inside of a box? Stay away!

Dec 02,2024I bought an expensive vanity unit with matching bath panel. However after purchasing the product they have said it’s out of stock. This is what is called a dark pattern and illegal in some countries that apply ethical standards. Deliberately taking payments for products they dont have. They hope that you will wait for to be in stock. This means they have your money to buy the product you want.

Dec 02,2024Easy Bathrooms in Newcastle were one of many stores we visited whilst looking to finalise our bath / shower room designs. We had not used the store before or knew any of the staff but our experience throughout the process has been 5 star. Dealing primarily with Vikki and Stuart they have been excellent and have helped us navigate our way through the concept and final design process. I very rarely give a 5 star review but following the help and support we received from the Easy Bathrooms team at Newcastle they deserve it.

Dec 02,2024We recently used Easy Bathrooms in Cambridge for our bathroom, ensuite and cloakroom. After previous bad experiences with other bathroom fitting companies, we were apprehensive. Luckily we had a great experience with Easy Bathrooms and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. We mostly dealt with Megan in the Cambridge showroom. From the beginning, Megan went above and beyond, she was professional, affable and reassuring, she knew the products well and did a great design making the best of the limited space in our bathroom. Yurii and the install team did an excellent job, with a great standard of finish and the work was completed well on time. Yurii was professional and approachable, he asked for our input at key points and kept us up-to-date throughout. Overall we are extremely pleased with the service we received from everyone at Easy Bathrooms, and we would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Dec 02,2024Didn't want to use the usual diy stores for supply and installation of a bathroom so we'd had a couple of quotes from local builders for £8-10,000 which is the ball part we were looking at. Thought we'd give these an oppoprtunity to impress and gain business and what a waste of time the HIlsborough branch in Sheffield is. I walked in and asked for a quote for a fitted bathroom and the man sat doing absolutely nothing at all in a completely empty store looked at me as though I had asked for burgers and fries. Eventually I it seemed he had come to his senses and I provided all the measurements for the space and all the products that I had already picked out and written down. At the end of this process, I was quoted £2000. When I reninded him we wanted installation, again, he looked at me as though I had said a dirty word and started visibly shaking and stammering. He then told me I would be charged £3000 to clear the old suite whether there was an old suite to clear or not. There isn't, it's already been removed but apparently this company charge for this anyway. He then said I would be looking at £10-12,000 including installation but it would be a waste of time and money due to the suite removal costs and the fact that he said I can find a fittert anywhere who can do it much cheaper than Easy Bathrooms. He then pulled out 2 business cards from his jacket for 2 different companies and told me to get them to do the fitting instead. I don't know what kind of operation is going on internally, maybe they know they are in trouble and can't commit to anymore installations, or maybe this man foolishly sums up people who walk through the door and decide on who he thinks has £10,000 and who he thinks has not. Either way, what a waste of my time and although I wasn't expecting much, I was surprised at how poor this company actually is. The diy alternatives suddenly don't seem so bad so maybe they will want my money as apparently Easy Bathrooms don't need a £10-12,000 job.

Dec 02,2024Products that we bought are fine. Most of the items for our refurbishment came from another supplier where the staff were hugely more knowledgeable and competent, which is really why this rating has been given here. Perhaps another store branch would be better.
