well i ordered up belt for my 69z28 302 and the belt were smaller then the factory pully groves this should be addressed when ordering
Having the product in stock while others were a month out for the same items, and a bit less cost as well. It was great to continue my restoration of my 1975 corvette during the Holidays, they were major components that would have just made me wait to continue on. Thank you!

Two orders have arrived damaged and then I have had to take time and expense to deal with it to get a replacement. A mirror arrived broken, looking like the box was drop kicked across the warehouse before being packaged and shipped. Then a rear quarter was shipped with no packaging, just a shipping label stuck to the metal. It has dings, scrapes, and bends in it. I will not be ordering from Eckler's again.
I ordered a full chambered exhaust for my '94 Corvette. What I received was a box with two tailpipes, which came from Corvette Central. What I received was totally wrong. Getting the approval to send back was kind of a pain in the rear, but I did finally get the authorization to send back the merchandise. Now I'm waiting for the refund.

Dec 26,2024Ecklers used to be a very good and reliable source for classic car parts and accessories. They were a little higher priced than the competition, but it was worth it because I could always rely on Ecklers for the hard parts to find for my 1971 El Camino, and my 1970 Corvette convertible. Unfortunately, Ecklers is no more. They have been bought out by a company called Turn5 and my most recent experiences were horrible. They started using Fedex Smart Post which is terrible and losses packages on a regular basis. I had one part that was in Stockton, CA for over three weeks and Fedex stated that only Ecklers could file a lost package claim. When I called Ecklers, all of the staff now work remotely and it is obvious that they are distracted by issues at home and are unable to provide good customer service. I ended up ordering the part again without receiving a refund for my original part. I have little confidence that I will receive the second part, and I have had to pay double the price. Unfortunately, Turn5 is an E-Commerce company and not a car parts supplier and the lack of service shows it. Now I will log into ZIP Corvette to look for my parts. No more Ecklers!
