Jan 15,20251) Shipping time was excessive for a tiny lightweight part in an envelope sent through US Postal Service. 2) Part broke in my hand when I began to test fit it to the heater switch. Never had a chance to install it using the factory insert, knob is now broken into several pieces.

I was a bit disappointed that they don't have too many chevy models, but they have a very easy to use website, and they had the console I wanted for $80 less than any other place! Shipping was quite fast, and my order came in a nice big box and wrapped nicely.

Jan 12,2025I was on your char line visiting with a sales person an he he just stopped answering my chat he just left me hanging I think his name was Adam I was able to get a hold of Kyle who was most helpful the next day I received My order FedEx an it was just drop off at the end of my drive way which is 100 ft from my house and next to a busy road which anyone could have stole the package they didn't take the time bring the package to the my front door to house I paid for delivery service which I expect to be better FedEx
