Mar 30,2023We had solar panels installed in July 2022. All of your staff from Jason, the salesperson, to the fitters were very professional, friendly and informative. Communication from head office was swift and dependable. Any snags were quickly dealt with, eg- the inverter had to be replaced within 1 day of installation; the inverter & batteries had to be housed in a downstairs cupboard rather than the suggested attic space. We were not advised of the additional cost of bird-proof netting in the initial quote but we agreed to it with the fitters. All in all, a great job. My partner who is an estate agent, has recommended your company to any of his clients who are interested in solar panels.

Only problem was in obtaining authorisation for my SEG which was also down to my utility supplier. I recommended Eco Energy to my daughter who has also had a successful installation of panels, invertor and battery. Thanks to Gavin and his team.

Mar 28,2023We had a solar & battery system installed and all the tradesmen & office staff were excellent. We had a bit of a hiccup getting the G99 approval from SPEN so the install was a bit delayed a but Eco-energy were really flexible and the installation was smooth even though the roof top bit was further delayed by high winds. We also initially got a faulty inverter which the installation team identified and it was replaced in a couple of days. Since the install I've contacted the team with a few queries about the system and have still had great service even after it's all been paid for.

He was also professional and gave us all the information we needed. I would highly recommend this company.

Mar 20,2023Nearly all the staff apart from 2 are exceptionally helpful and friendly. They appear to be thorough in their job. If you have any issues they are resolved promptly. Not quite sure if the system is 100% as not operating the way we were told by the salesman. We have not received a penny for the the electricity we export as yet (nearly a year)

The technicians have been good in their attendance and easy to deal with nice guys. happy with the installation and on-site service

The roofers installing the panels were good and got my array exactly centered as requested. The electricians were also very good.
