If a person accidentally leaves a 'space' (BASIC #255 last I heard but it's been decades) after their first name the system rejects it as an error instead of ignoring it. I think a fair few people aren't going to understand this error Ta to everyone

Mar 09,2025We’ve been using the e-gift cards for Asda. We buy a big gift card at the start of the month for our weekly shops. Last week, our egift card wouldn’t load (error message was 404 File not Found). Luckily we had the new month’s gift card to use. This week we managed to access the last card to finish up the remaining credit, but then when we tried to pay the balance from the new gift card it kept getting declined. ‘Communication Error’ apparently. We had to pay the bill by debit card, despite having already purchased a gift voucher to cover the expense. Please sort out the reliability of the system, we don’t have confidence that the gift card will work and this will stop us using you all together. We’re out of pocket this month because of the systems issues.
