Dec 28,2024I wanted to treat my kids to a day at Legoland. The limit of £130 vouchers for the Leisure Vouchers meant that I couldn't buy a full day out (either park tickets or, at a push, queue jumps) which meant I ended up spending more money overall and made what was meant to be a nice treat really stressful. I also had to redeem the full balance of my voucher in one go when I hadn't decided what I wanted so had to arbitrarily pick some shops. Finally, the selection of shops isn't wasn't that great. Don't see how this is better than cash.

Dec 23,2024It's so simple to order the vouchers and they're redeemable in any store that sells food, including B&M and Home Bargains. We get more value at Aldi though, so we mostly get those.

Dec 21,2024I'm disgusted I've never had a problem redeeming our vouchers...But I received the receipt but no ecard voucher rang Edenred they said it was Aldi's fault as they're having "computer" issues issuing them and that it should be sorted that day guess what no sorted still no voucher now its 4 days before Xmas and that's basically my xmas food shop gone nothing what do I give my kids for xmas dinner now...Absolutely useless customer service.

I got my sky refer a friend voucher on the 16th who sky use Eden red for these vouchers when I click on the link it won’t work now have been told I have to wait another 10 working days (which over Christmas will obviously be longer) to maybe revive them due to stock issues. How can there be a stock issue with a digital voucher. I didn’t even get to choose where I wanted to use the vouchers.
