Dec 13,2024I received the email from work informing me that I had a voucher and I was able to redeem it straight away. The whole process was quick and easy with a wide choice. I also received the email with the gift card within 5 minutes.

Dec 13,2024We had multiple issues purchasing gift cards that were either not valid or simply didn’t arrive. The last one we purchased was a ASDA eGift card on the 12/12/24 that we haven’t received. They took the money but failed to issue the eGift card. Now I need to wait for my bank to recover the amount they stole from us as they do not issue refunds. I have uninstalled their app and asked my bank to block any future transactions from them.

Dec 09,2024It's happened twice so far. I received performance reward vouchers from my workplace through edenred. The first time, the amount of the voucher was substantially different from the amount that was awarded to me. The second time, I opted to receive an e-gift card for the amount that was awarded to me. I received an e-gift card but when I tried to open the details of the card, it showed that there was a processing error and it wouldn't reveal the details of the gift card. This was so embarrassing when I stood at the till to pay for the goods I was going to buy using the card.
