Oct 22,2024It seems there is no customer service here in the UK, not 1 phone number works or is in service, just needed to speak to a person rather than e mailing, although purchasing online seems to work smoothly, just when you have a problem there is no one to speak to or go to for help

Oct 15,2024Rubbish website. You login to make a payment and you get a window ask you to confirm your recovery email and you are stuck behind this window for a long time just to acknowledge the update you make!! You can't cancel it and move on.

Sep 27,2024I have used a voucher and they say at the till that it’s not valid so I have had to get my mum to pay for it which is very embarrassing I know I haven’t used the voucher before this has happened alot more than once, I have PTSD and anxiety really badly and things like this just make me feel more anxious about using them!!! I wanted the floor to eat me I haven’t been more embarrassed
