Nov 21,2024Be VERY careful! These guys love to offer up seemingly great discounts but be very careful! Make sure you read their ridiculously limited t&c’s and then check with the company what you can and can’t use gift vouchers on! I got badly stung for £200. I read edenreds terms and conditions but they were very vague. However when I then went to spend my voucher with the retailer they wouldn’t accept it! I wasted a full day of my life that I’ll never get back getting fobbed off and passed from pillar to post. ER customer service didn’t want to know whatsoever. It was a complete waste of my time. They worryingly use a 3rd party company to issue the gift cards and when I asked who they were - I wasn’t allowed to know?! Top secret stuff clearly! The manager that rang me (finally) said that she couldn’t tell me the name of the company who had my money. Great. AVOID THESE CON ARTISTS. ABSOLUTE SCAM!

Nov 19,2024Dreadful company to deal with. Unhelpful and rude customer service team who seem to have received very little training and require prompting on telephone calls!! Accessing my account balance and trying to get a refund due to leaving my company and they take £ 12.00 from you remaining balance for their efforts!!!!!! That’s my money!!!!!! Shocking

Nov 13,2024Vouchers are appearing in account late, well after payday. Transfers sent to the child-minder take 3-4 days to appear there too. Overall takes too long to get money earned to the caretaker.
