Feb 14,2025I am experiencing ongoing issues with your system, which has resulted in most of my children’s vouchers remaining unclaimed. The system has not been working properly, making it very difficult to complete the process. Additionally, communication has been challenging. I have sent multiple emails but have not received a response. At times, the voucher codes also fail to work. Unfortunately, the system is not providing the support I need. I would appreciate your urgent assistance in resolving these issues. Please let me know how this can be addressed as soon as possible.
