Sep 18,2024Great options, very easy site to navigate through and redeeming by gift card/voucher or e-gift card/voucher was seamless. Only drawback is the inability to part redeem on a code - whilst I appreciate this could be a tech nightmare, I don't think it's insurmountable. All in all a great first experience with difficult options to choose from! Thanks

Aug 25,2024The app is garbage and took forever to set up - didn't work on phone. The card which they provide is garbage and works when it wants to. Left me hanging for 150+ bucks and had to pay cash to save face. The old paper vouchers were MORE RELIABLE than Edenred. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Aug 19,2024I received a reward from my employer. I went via Eden Red and chose Wickes for the voucher. I received a email with the code and pin. I have not received a voucher. This has been going on for a Month. Its difficult to contact Eden Red and Wickes said that I have to go back to Eden Red (who they have not heard of before) to get a voucher.
