May 26,2022Beautiful products, I am now on my 9th purchase and I just love them all. I have a day bag, numerous everyday pouches and a gorgeous lobster wash bag. Whenever I have contacted them, they have been prompt and there’s not a single item that I haven’t admired. I’ve also bought as present and they’ve also been loved. The negative reviews are saddening to read and like any company when sales/brand awareness increases, their internal processes need to grow in parallel - I have NEVER had any issues at all. One of my favourite brands.

May 26,2022Elizabeth Scarlett products are amazing. The range of products are amazing and for the quality very well priced. I have purchased many products from Coin purses to wash bags to everyday bags I have never been disappointed. I also love the fact the the elephants print is part of a charity that Elizabeth Scarlett supports with Orphaned elephants and I have to say this currently is my favourite print.

May 22,2022I've been an Elizabeth Scarlett fan for many years now and have more pouches than I can count! They are perfect for keeping things organised, travelling and of course giving as beautiful gifts to friends and family. I love the wide choice of intricate designs and colours, have huge admiration for the company's commitment to protecting the environment, and I've always found their customer service to be super responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend.

May 10,2022Sadly I haven’t had the best experience with ES and I’m really disappointed. Having decided which handbag I wanted, I eagerly ordered my chosen product only for it to arrive with a fault. This was unfortunate but the CS service team replaced the bag and asked me to return the other. This was a slight annoyance as I had to go out my way to return the bag but agreed to do so. The replacement bag arrived only for this one to also have a fault. I contacted CS again. I now need to return both bags for a refund. Not that I expect this but I haven’t been offered any compensation for the inconvenience. Disappointed as I have had far better experiences with luxury brands customer care. I am sorry to write this review :( gutted. *Edit* the ES team very kindly and proactively reached out to me and offered me a resolution. Jade went out of her way to resolve the issue and I praise their high level of customer service and professionalism. I intend to buy a new bag in the future.
