Feb 26,2025Sold out house with no issues (on a second round of viewings within 2 weeks from listing) We did all our photos and videos, floorplan, description and viewings, I loved that I had complete control of the entire process. Emoov listed it online and completed Memorandum of Sale. If you don't mind doing things on your own and want to be in control I would highly recommend them!

Jan 25,2025Having the time to take the DIY route to advertise my house for sale I chose Emoov £295 package. I took the photos, drew a basic floor plan, uploaded a short video, wrote a simple description, decided on the price, Emoov checked my ID, published my ad on all the platforms including Rightmove, I received viewing requests on the system, arranged the viewings, received and negotiated and accepted an offer using the message tool, uploaded solicitors details and received the memorandum of sale. All that took less than a week! I used the online chat to communicate with the Emoov staff who were very efficient. This worked a treat for me.

Oct 19,2024I wanted an estate agent that basically just got me on the property websites and these were ideal. They didn't push me sell to anyone in particular or in a rushed timeframe which other agents in my experience have. Polite and helpful and dealt with any minor snags or questions quickly. If you do use them then make the effort to communicate and ask questions of them don't expect them to pick up on everything or the website to be totally smooth. For the price I was actually surprised how good they were. Produced the memorandum of sale otherwise I did everything which is fine with me, bought the cheapest package. So I'd fully recommend them as efficient advertiser's for sellers happy to take the DIY approach.

I had a couple of little glitches during the process of listing my home, but Sophie helped out and looked after me until everything was finished (no bouncing between different people) Sophie was always polite, quick to the replies and didn't waste my time at all - definitely went above and beyond. Same day my advert has gone live and I'm already getting viewing requests.

Sep 19,2024I decided to cut out the High Street estate agents and do most of the work myself, taking photographs, creating floor plans and listing details. All I needed was a way to get the property on Rightmove and equivalent websites. I chose Griffin Property (now Emoov) due to being cost effective but also having some great feedback. I was a little wary but the experience from start to finish has been superb. Communication and help though the stages has been phenomenal and responsive. If you're prepared to do a little work yourself it's a great way to market your property and save a lot of money.

Aug 16,2024Emoov have been brilliant such an easy way to sell a house , we took the photos ourself with mobile phone, uploaded and within a few hours we’re live on rightmove. You pay for the services you want, can’t fault Emoov at all . We have no regrets with selling our property with Emoov, from marketing the property to sold, the team at Emoov have been excellent, responding out of hours , easy to contact on the phone, portal or email. Nick and Jacob have have been excellent and have advised us all the way , helped us whenever we asked. Chased people and always gave us feedback and communication with us was exceptional. We complete next week and can’t recommend them enough .

Jul 20,2024Had a great experience dealing with Nick at Griffin (as a buyer). As agents they are fully remote but the process works well, they always answer the phone and were responsive and helpful throughout. Would definitely recommend using them!
