She had excellent customer service skills and is always willing to go the extra mile to come up with a suitable solution for any given problem. May 25,2021Been calling this office Since Feb/March till today and I even went to the office when every office opened and they give me a stupid excuse then collected my number and email but NEVER called me or email me about any property I was interested in... meanwhile they been adding new property online but not available when you call them. Was and still disappointed for their poor communication and customer service.. Stay clear 👌

May 20,2021Great service from Team Emoov. I've always wondered why selling your home is so expensive. Then a friend of mine told me that you're paying for other homeowners property who make use of the service but never sell. But with Abi and team I felt we were paying exactly what we should have: a fair price. Sure you have to do a little bit of the work yourself but I actually enjoyed meeting my eventual buyers and getting to know who would live in my home once I'd moved. I'd recommend Emoov to anyone who's happy to do a little bit of the work for a significant saving.

May 10,2021I was pushed by the emoov adviser to get my flat on the market ASAP and than almost instantly I have realized that there is no effective way to communicate with emoov, because they advisers only work part time and - what is more depressing, they lack any kind of expertise in regards to property market. Emoov internet platform is awkward to use. Communication with the potential buyers is only possible via the messenger on the platform or through emoov advisers, which in practice means - it does not exist… Photographs and floor plan was done by an amateur, who turned up in my place much earlier then suppose to, but images and diagram were uploaded with the delay to make sure I would not be able to claim my money back After viewing an emoov response, written by Chris I would like to add: 1) My personal point of contact is difficult to reach, so usually I am leaving messages on his Voicemail as well as contacting emoov on 0333 300 2526 number and after few days he might phone me back ... His presence is limited to decorative purposes since he is unable to bypass limitations of the emoov platform. There is one good reason why I was unable to reach out other team members: this option does not exist. When I phone up emoov number 0333 300 2526 (which sometimes does not work at all), usual response is that somebody would call me back, but first I have to give them all of my details spelling my names, address, email address etc. repeating it for number of times etc. Then I wait number of days. Then I call them again - same procedure spelling everything since the information on the system is not available for their employees. Only on two occasions somebody called me back and I was given a mobile number of a lady from the Sales Support Team, but it was impossible to reach her anyway. 2) The platform simply does not work. 3) Photographs were never changed. The location on the map attached is wrong, even an arrow showing north is slightly turned. On the top of it I would like to add that over 2 months I had only two viewings done by people who did not ask a single question. I had also two other bookings for viewings by people who never turned up. I was trying to contact them using emoov platform via the messenger and by phoning up emoov - no result. The most upsetting fact for me is that I was waiting for viewings for over Two Months without checking if the booking system works. Unfortunately it does not. After phoning up emoov on 020 3324 1605 and entering the property reference number the link is sent via a Text Message automatically to complete the booking. ... and the announcement is "Oops! Sorry we couldn't find what you were looking for" My flat has one of the lowest price tags in London - similar flat in the same building has asking price 30% higher.

Apr 28,2021We were sold in to a 'premium package' that was dressed up as much more than it actually was. We were told that we would have top listings on Rightmove and Zoopla along with social media marketing when in reality we had premium visibility on Rightmove only and the social media marketing was not proper marketing but a single post on Emoov's low traffic pages...which we had to constantly push to even get posted. Part of the package was a For Sale board which took multiple weeks to arrive with consistent chasing from our end. Our account manager became increasingly defensive the more we questioned this premium package we were mis-sold. We asked for a partial refund which we were told was being looked in to but never materialised and emails to follow up have been ignored. Overall a poor service and would not recommend.

Apr 27,2021Asked for 6 months bank statements before proceeding with application. My statement came back ok they was happy to proceed paid my deposit to take it off the market passed my application process and was asked when I’d like to move in. Took a full week to confirm date to then say the landlord would only rent her properties to people with guarantors in future I said right at the very start I didn’t have one so I wasted 2 weeks of my time for nothing and the property has never gone back on the market so it was rented to somebody else after I’d paid the holding deposit and completed the application. Griffin themselves was quite a good service but they are using terrible landlords that are quite happy to mess around with peoples life’s

Apr 13,2021We looked at a few of the online estate agents, but decided on Emoov based on reviews, and just having a ‘good feeling’ when chatting to our estate agent, Claire. She was brilliant; honest, friendly, down-to-earth - exactly what you need in this process! We particularly liked that interested parties could organise viewings online. It was completely hassle-free for us. Also, as a busy family, we loved being able to set viewings to just one evening during the week and one day at the weekend. It really helped to fit in with our lives! Getting feedback on viewings was also useful and informative. Our home received an offer in less than a month and we saved so much money using Emoov. However, the real star of the show is the brilliant Hilary Cleeton. I had seen her name cropping up again and again in reviews - and now I know why! ‘Efficient’ doesn’t cover it! This woman is an incredible asset to the company. She acted as a point of contact between our buyer and us, helping to placate and explain throughout a long, very drawn-out process! Our buyer commented on how excellent Hilary was, too. She is just a lovely, kind woman. Thanks to Emoov for being such a great-value estate agent and Claire to getting our house sold so quickly - and thanks to Hilary for being an complete superstar!

The whole process was easy and we found emoov helpful and informative. Our case was passed on to Hilary who was also very helpful and always there if we had any questions. We have been really impressed and would definitely use emoov again in the future.

Apr 02,2021We went with emoov as we had previously bought our house through them in 2016, which had been a positive experience as a buyer. As a seller, emoov have so far been great. We were assigned Lisa who was friendly and accommodating, and she went out of her way to meet our specific needs. In addition, she made herself readily available and always did a soft handover to her colleagues, to ensure our sale had a watchful eye over it when she was on leave, etc. Can’t fault the customer services at all. Following on from accepting an offer, we have been assigned Cass, however Lisa has made it clear that we can still reach out if we need any further help, and genuinely cares about a positive outcome which is great. Similarly, Cass has been lovely - very informative and efficient with comms, which has been greatly appreciated as we are pushing to turn around the sale quick under the current market conditions. So far, we have been very happy with the service and are confident that emoov have the scope and commitment to get us through a stressful period efficiently and as smoothly as possible, whilst making every reasonable effort to complete in good time and keep us fully updated.

Mar 27,2021My husband and I chose Emoov as we wanted to get our property on the market quickly. We were a little apprehensive at first as we had heard some negative things about online only estate agents and had to input a lot of the information ourselves on the online portal for the advert. We were really impressed with the end result though as the photographs were amazing. I think it took less than two weeks in total from our consultation to getting an offer on the house. Where Emoov really shines is their customer service, especially the after-offer support. The house we were buying were using Purple Bricks and our experience with the two was like night and day. Our chain ended up being incredibly difficult, with completely incompetent solicitors, constant delays and actually fell through at least twice but we managed to finally move after 8 months. Emoov were always easily contactable, ready to listen and incredibly friendly. They helped us through a number of issues with our buyer and with the whole process. A big thank you to everyone at Emoov, especially Cassia, who helped us get through it! We would recommend them to anyone and use them again in a heartbeat.

Mar 19,2021Quick and easy to place you house on the market. Very low price compare to high street estate agents. Viewings were much easier to arrange without an agent and grat feedback from visitors. Photos were done lovely. House was sold after only one week on the market!
