Jun 25,2022I have been dealing with Shradha on a complicated issue and she has been absolutely incredible in dealing with the whole situation. I couldn't be happier with her customer service. My only comment would be that it is pretty hard to get ahold of anyone on the phone, but the Live Chat function is excellent and Customer Service is very responsive via this method. Additionally, you do not get handed around multiple people, which is really appreciated when trying to get to the bottom of an issue.
