Alongside being so knowledgeable, she was friendly and approachable and guided us through the whole process of securing our mortgage in such a reassuring manner. This really helps when buying a house can be so stressful! She talked us through lots of different options so we felt really confident and happy with our final decisions. The cost is much lower than traditional estate agents and doing our own viewings, and having direct contact with our buyers, worked well for us, especially as we were at home anyway during lockdown.

Mar 02,2021Emoov was my first online estate agent experience and it has been such a good experience, that I wouldn't go back to a high street estate agent again. I like being in control of things and with Emoov you write your own house descriptions and do your own viewings - perfect for me. Their online booking portal is a bit clunky, I'd like them to improve that.

Mar 01,2021Thank you so much, Emoov and the team. I put my house on the market on Wednesday, within an hour I had four viewings for that evening and three offers were received that same night. Over four days we had sixteen viewings, five offers and we have sold for asking price. The buyers spoke to the mortgage team and we were able to agree to the sale today. I have sold houses in the past, but Emoov made everything so simple with the on-line portal, rather than waiting for estate agents to open or call you back, it is also much cheaper than other agents. Thank you all once again.

Feb 28,2021Despite a few bad reviews on here they are doing a good job. Certainly as good an estate agent as any I have dealt with in my time. Yes its online, Yes its different from your local high street version but I was charged a little over £800 quid and they have sold my house! At the end of day all estate agents use Rightmove as its selling portal and that is what sells the house. All emoov (or any other online agent) do is ensure that your listing look appealing to buyers and deal with the negotiation, of which I have not had any complaints. They can have as much or as little input as you require. Claire and Hilary are both lovely to deal with (as are the others in the team) and whenever I have phoned them they always call back within a few hours. Another thing I liked about them was when our circumstances changed they were happy to put things on hold for several months and didn't charge a penny to restart the process all over again. Lot to be said for that...

Rachael gave great mortgage advise and also used the recommended solicitors which altogether saved me money and got me £150 cashback so cannot complain. Would recommend to anyone. Feb 25,2021We were referred to emoov by our neighbours who sold with e-moov after a horrible experience with a large agency. Emoov is excellent and the money you save is sooooo worth it. I've now had my house listed with both e-moov and a local agent and the difference is immense. Emoov actually keeps in touch with me better than my local agent. Once the agents saw that our house was listed with emoov they came by boasting about how great their service was and how poor our photos were, blah, blah. But there was virtually no difference in the photos. I work from home so setting up viewing times was easy on emoov. We recently heard feedback from viewers who found us on emoov but who called the agent first, that they couldn't get a viewing scheduled or no one called them back. I totally recommend emoov.

Feb 25,2021The process of putting our house on the market was initially handled by Abi who was great in regards to information and communication whenever I had any questions. I also dealt with Nicola for mortgage advice who was extremely helpful and informative. Our house sold within a week and is currently being handled by Cassia who again is great at keeping us informed at every stage. Whilst the sale is still ongoing I couldn’t be happier at the service received by all at emoov and would recommend selling your home with them.

Very unresponsive did not put up my listing as promised, posted the wrong EPC Rating, took my money, and did nothing at all to sell the property. No contact, no follow-up, nothing proactive whatsoever to assist in the sale of the property and I could not get through to them to take down my listing despite emails and messages left.
