We saved a lot of money using Emoov instead of a high street estate agent and got everything you would get from them besides someone to do the viewings which I actually wanted to do myself anyway as we got asked questions about neighbours, boiler, the street we live on, the loft etc and we were able to give them answers straight away. The only frustrating thing was having people not turn up to viewings and we had to then ring Emoov to find out why and sometimes that process was lengthy. Overall I would 100% recommend to anyone, friendly and helpful staff and for a massive cost saving!

Sep 24,2019Paying for a rightmove add which I was happy to do it this way, saves a lot of money and would recommend if you're comfortable showing people round your house. One negative was their site isn't great and I.T needs improvements, should be a message box to be able to message the viewer, i had to look them up on facebook and message them.

Nov 17,2019I found this on line estate agents very good. They have been very helpful and professional. I have had some personal issues that have caused problems with selling but emoov were very helpful . Jason Burke the agent was brilliant and couldn’t do enough to help me. With out his thoughtfulness and help I would have been stressed out. But he was great. I would advise any one selling to use this site. I would have saved £6500 in fees. Brill service Thank you Jason
