Since the initial viewing inquiry, right up until the solicitor stage, Hilary Cleeton at Emoov has been fantastic. Hilary is prompt, friendly and has been a pleasure to deal with. Any questions I have had or any queries requiring immediate responses, Hilary has dealt with in a timely, accurate and friendly manner. I can only speak from a buyer's perspective however, from what I have experienced, I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Emoov (especially Hilary) to anyone looking to alleviate some of the stress from the moving process. Sep 19,2019I chose Emoov on the recommendation of my sister who had used the service the year previously. I found the staff extremely helpful and knowledgeable and it was very easy to get everything set up and running. The dashboard provides up to date information on everything that is happening and as a seller I had control over how everything was presented. Properties are then advertised on Rightmove, Zoopla and Emoov. Contact via text as regards viewings is simple and straightforward and when it came to negotiations the experienced staff were brilliant and I achieved the amount I was hoping. In short, its a great concept, simple yet effective system and I am happy to give it 5 stars.

Sep 18,2019My experience with Emoov has been very positive. We saved a significant amount of money by using Emoov, when compared to typical high street estate agent. The team are very helpful, and maintain regular contact. There were a few snags with regard to booking viewings during periods when i was not available, and sometimes emails come through re bookings/offers with missing information, but generally this is all fixed with a quick phone call. Have used Emoov twice now, and would use again.

Sep 11,2019After House Network mysteriously went into administration without telling their customers, I decided to enquire with Emoov about selling my property. I spoke to someone on the phone who said they would call me back in 10 minutes after speaking to a manager. No one ever called back. A few days later I called them again (on the number which is plastered all over their website) and no one answered. It just rang and rang and finally went through to a generic "please leave a message after the tone" type answering message i.e. the kind of default message you get when you don't record your own. It was very bizarre as you'd expect a proper company to answer the phone, or at least have a customised answer phone message that relates to their company in some way! I don't know why anyone would want to sell a property with a company that might not answer the phone to potential buyers!

Sep 10,2019Really easy and straightforward - so much easier, quicker and more professional than my experience with the traditional high street estate agents. I loved being able to manage my listing and appointments online, rather than having to call up and manage. It was great having a professional photographer do the photos, they looked brilliant. It was great having a dedicated person to speak to if I needed to when it came to the negotiations and finer details - Hilary was fantastic and very helpful and responsive. I saved a huge amount of money and time going with emoov. I would highly recommend.

Aug 19,2019I am writing as a Buyer from an Emoov customer. Emoov must ensure that the Vendor gives the Buyer the keys to the property, on the day of completion, at a reasonable time. Although I did not discuss the specific time,I never envisaged that the Vendor was left to do their own thing. I completed on the day that the Vendor wanted. I was waiting around all day until 19.00 hours in the evening before receiving the keys. When I came, the Vendor was still carting things out of the house. This is unacceptable. Traditional Estate Agents from my experience ensure that you can pick up the keys at least by 12.00 noon.

Aug 15,2019All our dealings with Emoov staff have been brilliant. Any query or issue we had, emoov were at the end of the phone to help. If someone wasn't available, they rang us back really quickly and everything was very efficient. The only improvement that's needed is to do with the portal that you use. It's not as user friendly as it could be. With a few simple changes it would be much better and would make everything quicker - eg. Being able to change time and dates of viewings once booked, and being able to message potential buyers/viewers. The staff are so helpful and efficient though so this makes up for it. Definitely will use them again!

Aug 07,2019This is the second time we have used Emoov and we are totally happy with the service offered by this amazing company. From the very first contact we were treated with special attention and we were lucky to have Abi as our personal contact. She helped me through every process ..even loading photos for me when I was baffled by the downloading process. She was our first point of contact and could not have been more helpful. The photographer did a great job with pictures of our property which was definitely not the norm. We felt very supported in the whole process and with one successful sale and another hopefully nearing completion we could not be happier. If you can be on-site to show your prospective purchasers around and inform them of anything they might like to know, this is the company to use. Why pay Estate Agents their astronomical fees when the whole process can be as painless as this! Let’s face it....as long as your property can be put onto the main internet sites and you can be at the property to do the viewings, then it would be daft to use anyone else!

Sep 24,2019Have to say it has been a tale of two halves with emoov. When I first listed with them I was very unimpressed and disappointed with the customer service so much so I withdrew the property from the market and went with another estate agent. I subsequently saw that the original emoov had gone into administration. So for me I thought that was the end of the story. However after a potential buyer pulled out with the traditional agent I decided to give emoov another go. I saw they were offering to take back past customers and I decided to give it a go. The experience was very positive and within a week I was up for sale again. The customer service was top notch and the lady who did the photos was fantastic, very professional even more so than the other agency. I very much took control of the viewings and managed my viewing availability on line. It was so simple and painless. A much better experience than previously even with the traditional agent. Doing the work myself meant I could answer all the questions on the spot and also meant I didn't have to leave the house every time there was a viewing. My emoov estate agent Jason was also extremely helpful and helped when an offer was received which I accepted. I have now exchanged contracts and am about to complete this week. Online agents are not for the faint hearted and if you are not prepared to chat with potential buyers then probably it is not for you. I would recommend trying emoov and I managed to save a large amount of money doing so.
