I placed an order on april 13th 2020, on april 16th I got the message my shipment was under way, until today still no package has arrived!
Nice shoes and fine experience. Updating me about the timetable of the order could be better.

Gewéldige schoenen. Stoer, zitten heerlijk en lopen als sloffen. Redelijk snelle bezorging, goede communicatie!
Nach kleiner Reklamation wurde sofort ein kostenloses Austauschmodell zugesandt. Leider passte die Größe des Schuhs dann nicht, aber auch ein erneuter Umtausch bzw. Rücksendung und erneute kostenlose Sendung waren asap möglich. Sehr empfehlenswert.
The waiting time was a little bit too long but it was maybe because of the pandamic.

Home shoes or runners, the whole family loves them. I’ve ordered my second pair of runners. They feel like a second skin. I do stand a lot during the day as a massage therapist. The runners give me exactly what I need.

I was initially disappointed with the service I received from Giesswein with delivery delays and their customer service but I have now received my goods and because of the delays, Giesswein very kindly offered me a free pair of slippers so I am amending my review from one star to four stars. Thank you Geisswein!
The shoes fit me well and are really comfortable. The service was as expected for such a pricepoint. Return Label was included in the Package though not needed.

May 01,2020May 1st I ordered on April 16th. Last status from DHL: "Status on Fr, 17.04.2020 15:19 hours: The instruction data for this shipment have been provided by the sender to DHL electronically" No other update since 14 days. I am completely in the dark about when I will receive my order. Corona is not an excuse for bad service. May 11th I received my order today. I have to say Giesswein handled my complaint in a very professional way.
