Product still not received after 2 and 1/2 weeks, but the producer replied immediatly explaining the reason of this delay not depending on them. I will wait the new shipment by now.

First my original review after waiting for two and half weeks: "I haven’t received anything yet after more than two weeks!!! Track and tracé (DHL) doesn’t work. They don’t send any update. Worst service ever." Fortunately Giesswein replied directly after reading this review telling me that five days before they had discovered 4000 parcels that remained in Munich (not their fault). They hadn't send me any update about this before though. Parcels were being relabeled and sent with another service. So all the messages I had received before telling me that I had to be patient because of the Corona crisis difficulties, were in this case not valid. I guess Giesswein realised this because they decided to apologize offering me free slippers, which arrived one day before the parcel I had ordered. After 3,5 weeks all parcels have arrived and my daughter is happy with her new sportive shoes. They look great and must be very comfortable. Thank you!
Still no delivery or product paid, multiple mails and you blame DHL. We are 3 weeks further
In the meantime I bought 4 pairs of different Giesswein shoes and every time the service was excellent. On 1 occasion had to have my purchase switched. Resending and receiving new pair didn’t take longer than 2 week. Quality service, and quality shoes.

As for the product, I don't know. In terms of service, after sending an email 9 days ago about the fact that DHL cannot deliver to my PO Box, I still have no answer. DHL will now return the shipment because DHL is not willing to deliver to another address. Giesswein might have prevented that. Edit: My email to Giesswein was about my address being a PO Box to which DHL not will be able to deliver. My message was not about delay but if I understand correctly, my order will be reshipped with another service which may solve the problem.

Goods arrived as described and in good package.
Ordered my shoes over 3 weeks ago. Send mail and got response bu still no shoes. DHL says the package was damaged and send back to Giesswein at 21st of April. Since then no response to my emails. Giesswein take action and send me the orderad and PAID shoes.

Great product! I got the merino wool sports shoes for my wife and my doughter! Looks like a premium product, we'll see how they perform after the Lockdown! :)
