Epik has the best support. Real live people who want to help you, not offshored chat people that you have to jump through hurdles to get to. Emily Remington and Jonathan helped me solve some issues that I could not get my head around, so I can get back to business. I love Epik. Should have found them years ago. Like we say when we're new to Texas "Sorry I'm late: got here as soon as I could!"
I've switched my domains from GoDaddy to Epik many years ago. The main thing about Epik is their great customer service. Whenever I call or email with questions they always answer quickly (even on weekends). It kinda feels like my own IT dept. And, the user interface is easy to use. Some of these domain companies can be a little shady. Definitely use Epik.
The support and service have been excellent. I am excited to see them adding new features and we are looking forward to promoting them with our partners and customers.

Recently needed tech support, which the issue was resolved in record time. Jonathan was the rep we worked with and he was able to verify the issue and working with his team of engineers they were able to get things working. I like it that they respond in real-time when using their chat option.

I've been using Epik for a few years now, and it's always been easy to do anything I need. The one or two times I've had trouble, a quick call to support cleared up the problem. I chose Epik because they were the only entity I could find that would not allow censorship bullies to disrupt my service.

I forgot to renew a domain in time and contacted support, the registry for this TLD has no grace period but support (shoutout to Savannah) were able to get my domain renewed even though it was technically in redemption and (as I understand it) soon to be up for anyone to grab again. They even gave me a discount on the renewal too despite this being entirely my fault for forgetting. 10/10

Even when I struggled to explain or understand things. They were always patient and guided me through the process. Sam at the help desk patiently walked me through several possible solutions to my problem. We finally figured it out.
Super helpful customer service with domain migration and connecting to ecommerce...which I have no idea about. Also, was able to correct some email issues. I'll be back to transfer more domains/email accounts!
