I have about $1000 in funds with Epik/Masterbucks from previous domain sales. I requested a funds withdrawl on 1/30/2023 which has still not been processed. It's now 6/16/2023. This is LONG overdue. The reality is that I may never see this money. Stay away from this company.
STAY AWAY! They took my money but all I ever got were excuses as to why they didn’t deliver the products I purchased. I finally put in a formal dispute with my bank against them. There’s definitely something fishy with this company. They don’t deserve any stars IMO.
This is legit one of the best platforms to get domains from, hands down. They get an unfair bad rap for no reason, I have been with them for 4 years now and have had no issues.
I transferred my domains from goDollarDaddy around two years ago and I have always been impressed by this companies customer support. NEVER have I had a single issue that was not resolved with 1 call. I'm confused by some of the negative reviews lately and I can only chalk it up to trolling. While I understand everyone's experiences are different, nothing in my experience with this company have shown me they would ever be in the running for a 1 or 2 star review. Craziness. I currently hold around a dozen domains here and host about half of them. The best experience I've personally had with a hosting company in my last 14 years in the web world. It’s a total scam. They take money and they don’t renew domains. I tried to renew my 2 domains and after week still no answer. My money was taken .
Attempted to transfer a long owned domain away from GoDaddy Was informed it would take 4-7 days 25 days later no transfer and no updates from Epik 1st contact with Epik I was told everything is proceeding. 10 days later my domain transfer failed and I lost my long time owned domain. I now have tried for over a month to contact Epik with no response. Yes, Epik collected my funds and lost my domain.
live chat no working; phone support not working on designated hours. nobody is answering to emails. its a horror movie! I initiated and paid for the domain transfer (just-get.com); got "failed transfer".. i thought the problem is on godaddy's side; and called them out on it. but actually its their system that is failing.

Unable to reach this business via email as they don't reply. Call the number and the message says to contact our world-class support via email or chatbot. Calling the number for just a few minutes cost greater than £10 just to be told to send an email to their worldclass support. No replies yet from emails sent to support. No one answers the chat-bot. It's gone offline. If you have not already realised that this shady company may not be a sound business any more, please pay attention to the other reviews. I've been with this company for many years and in the past it's been excellent. But no more... I strongly recommend that if you are able to, then transfer your domains to a safer business. As soon as you can.
Tried to register a few domains. It didn't go through. Another person registered one of them using NameCheap. Sent them a few emails asking what was up; no reply, for days on end. I had to contact their abuse team a few times so the support would take notice of my emails. They later said they were "flagged as spam". Still, they took an awful long time to reply to them, much more so to fix the problems caused by their platform, which, as a matter of fact, haven't even been solved at the time of this review. I've since changed registrars. Won't be doing business with them again and I recommend you not to do so either.
After 3 or 4 years with them, Now i can see this company seems bankrupt after it's founder Rob Monster miss handling of it's funds as per namepros.com information. Now they Not renewing domains no given refunds paid for renewals. Customers are in a hostage situation. Many customers have already filed cases against them. Never deal again. Get out all of your services asap.

Paid for new domain registrations 2+ and 3+ weeks ago. Gave up waiting and used another registrar because I didn't want to risk losing the domains. I believe they issue In-Store Credit (still waiting) for unfulfilled orders. Not sure if they'll refund the money via original payment method, so I may be out a few hundred $$$. **update** Nearly 7 weeks now since paying for registrations. No response from Customer Support. Been with them > 4 years. Used to be amazing. Don't know what's going on. Had to move on considering they must be on the way out.

Horrible experience with EPIK and customer support. They are taking me more than 3 weeks to renew domains and customer service is very poooooor. If you have any domains in Epik I suggest you transfer to another register.
I had an awful experience with this store. They charged me without successfully registering the domain I requested. When I reached out to them, they told me they needed to “investigate” the issue. After waiting a week with no resolution, I decided to register my desired domain through a different provider. It took another week for the store to respond to my refund request. When they finally processed the “refund,” they only provided me with in-store credit instead of returning the money to my original payment method. This store has clearly deteriorated from its former quality. I am extremely disappointed with their service.
I registered a domain name since 5 days they took my money and the domain wasn't added to my account. Their customer support is zero, they take days to respond to emails and sometimes they don't reply at all. Avoid them. Deal with them at your own risk. You'll lose your money and potential clients.
I "registered" a domain ten days ago and nothing happened. They took my money, sent a confirmation email and didn't give me the domain. A few days later their chat support said they were having a technical issue and the domain would be in my account soon. Ten days later the domain is still available for purchase. They literally did nothing except take my money. I contacted their chat support again and now they can't give me a refund until the "engineer" cancels the registration, even though the registration never happened so there's nothing to cancel. What a terrible operation. I don't even know what these guys do.

And now to steal people's money they switched to Epik LLC to not give back masterbucks money to their owners. They are criminals, rob monster should learn more about his religion.
