This company is the worst place to sell a domain, l sold my domain awdauto and up till date, they have not given me my money. they keep blaming Masterbucks on why they have not made the payment but the issue is with Epik. They are thieves and complete scams. stay away!!!
A few years ago we sold several low priced domains using Epik.com but were never paid. There was no way to withdraw the funds. We finally threw in the towel and gave up because it was too much time, work and energy trying to collect. To add salt to our wounds more recently their entire data base was exposed to hackers and our identity was used by a criminal to open fraudulent bank account in our name. Stay far away from the Epik.com scam!

I was experiencing massive latency with yahoo hosting and tech support was no help what-so-ever, so I moved to Epik and my pages load very fast, which is what you'd expect with simple html and javascript pages. The move was painless and I plan to move my other sites as well!
Masterbucks from epik it's like a scam !
Epik is by far the best bandwidth value for dollar. I have done business with them, domains, hosting and other. All business dealing with them, two thumbs up. Epik, is a resilient true WEB3 hosting platform. A lot of negative PR from the big 3 who want to keep it a monopoly. Honest is how I know them. Masterbucks, and former employee gripe, seems a little too convenient & coordinated. This is a company doing $40,000,000 a year in revenue other than domains, same exact structure and model that Godaddy utilizes.
Purchased multiple domains and Epik has only given me one. I have been invoiced for all of them. STAY AWAY.
Epik gave me a really hard time renewing a domain in grace period without paying some $90 fee, because they claimed there is a 30 days grace period, but it was the "30th day". Very clearly, only 29 days had passed. But as they start supposedly counting directly the day of expired date as the "first day", it was the "30th day" for them. 30th day ... of the grace period. Still inside the grace period! Well, good luck making them admit that. It took me quite some efforts. In the end, after needing to ask "management" and other incredible nonsense, I finally got to renew my domain without this fee they absolutely wanted to extract from me. All is well in the end, but the experience was really horrible. I had the feeling they were willing to tell absolutely anything, no matter how outrageous or wrong.
I wish to sell my website and i post on social media. There one buyer agree to buy at $70,000 and buyer want to use epik escrow. But i dont use epik escrow before. Anyway, i contact with epik escrow manager ( Tony) he was very helpful at first time. I was very happy with his support and deal with my buyer and when everything is done, i see my balance go to masterbuck. I made withdraw request on 21st november, and wait and wait. Still i dont get my fund. I was contact support via chat option, everybody says they dont have timeframe and will sent my fund. Same answer again and again. I try to contact their accounting team, they say accounting team not available on chat, email, phone. If they can not provide any information regarding payment then how should any body understand that they are not doing scam ? I am worried about my fund now, this is my hard working money. They are playing with people emotions. Everybody should avoid epik.
Apparently operating operating as an unlicensed escrow is only the tip of the iceberg of the EPIC empire that Rob Monster built. Do your own due diligence before doing business with EPIC. I am glad that they don't have my credit card on file any more.
I am a former employee of Epik, as well as a customer of Epik. on 2021 Sep 7th I received my $20k bonus in masterbucks which can be used in Epik in my personal account or withdraw( if withdraw tax will be deducted accordingly). This morning, I received a notification from Masterbucks saying the balance has been changed to $0. There is no prior communication regarding them moving my fund. I emailed Brian Royce (Epik CEO) and Lars Skaarup (Epik COO) at 9am PDT, as Lars is the person who did this to my account. No respond from them. The fund are my hard earned salary that never paid to me yet.
I sold my domain (Candida.com) through their escrow service for $100,000. Epik's CEO, Brian Royce intercepted my escrow funds, and put my money in Masterbucks. It was supposed to be a direct deposit to my account. The domain sold on September 27th, 2022. I was finally paid on June 8th, 2023.

I listed my domain Giuz.com in Epik Marketplace, which was sold weeks ago, i tried to withdraw proceeds from the sale, but it's been pending forever, and support requests are being ignored. I find Robert W. Monster, a Dutch-American technology executive and the founder and chief executive officer of Epik.com responsible for this, because he was the one who spent so much time advertising it on Namepros.com along with his team members from different parts of world, with "Epik staff" badges. Because of him I believed Epik is a serious business, but seems it's not. All I'm asking for is, Please return my domain Giuz.com back to me, otherwise I see it as 'Domain theft'. The Veriff verification platform they integrated has rejected all my government issued id claiming suspected document tampering. Epik is using my money to do business I want my account deleted and money released with immediate effect or return my domain name.

I have been owned some money by epik since last month December and little did I know that a lot of other customers are facing the same issue since August. When ever you contact support the tell you that "they are working with first come first serve" if it's truly how you are paying, how come there are so many persons complaining that you owe them, here and even in other platforms. This is really appalling and it's a shame. I really regret why I sold my domain with epik when there are other companies that does it better. Please stop lying and do the needful.
