Epik, I helped someone sell a site through your company. The money has been locked for more than a month. The person is threatening to arrest me. Why do you people choose to treat me like this? Why this scam?
I have some money in Masterbucks that I would like to use for renewals, but for almost a month now if you try to go to Masterbucks it says "Masterbucks is under maintenance". What kind of "maintenance" takes almost a month. I have many expiring domains up for marketplace sale on Epik. If they sell, I have no access to the money. I hear this is happening to many Epik customers that rely on their so called "Masterbucks" system. This needs to be investigated by law enforcement or maybe we can file a lawsuit to get this resolved ? I will no longer recommend Epik to anyone looking for a domain registrar.
Went to go withdraw money from my Masterbucks account at Epik.com and am greeted by a dead website that says "Masterbucks is under maintenance." There has been zero communication from the company regarding this, and no clue what is going on. PLEASE LET ME GET MY MONEY OWED! UPDATE - In response to below, there has been ZERO communication from Epik. I have seen some media coverage and social media posts that stated it would be returning on 10/10, but that was yesterday, and there has STILL been no communication from them. This is so unacceptable!! I want my payments!
I have never dealt with such an unprofessional company before. They are holding my Escrow money since September. Do not believe the positive reviews.
These monsters scammed me and now, they are flagging my review? I've been scammed by epik robbery team and all I have to write is a good review? trustpilot must be neutral. please stay away from epik. they are legendary in scamming.

Epik's withdrawal website (Masterbucks.com) is down and we can't get our money. There is a lot of comments, poor transaction experience.
Amazing customer service, reliable and fast technology, professional handling of business, high ethics. Epik provides me with outstanding service; both the customer service and the product range is a class of its own. The customer service is proactive, personal, and even offers additional help to problems I didn't know I had or such that I neglected :) Their never expiring domains are the best invention ever. I also like that they offer in-store credits and deposits, which comes in very handy if one has to spend a budget within a certain time. Otherwise, their solutions are blazing fast, work on all continents with equal speed, and reliability. Two more words on ethics. Their handling of their hack was professional and transparent, guided by high moral standards and ethics. I would have wished to encounter that with Big Tech companies, as well. And, as much as I disagree with what some of their other customers have to say, I support their right for freedom of speech. Also here, Epik sets standards for the entire industry. Thank you.
Epik hold my money for weeks and counting. The Epik team underestimated my money, but it equals an average salary in our country. It's a lot of money for me. I'm from Africa and I know how the infamous "Naija" scammers have ruined the reputation for businesses based in Africa and now it seems like it's USA's turn, Epik is ruining the name of the USA. Scammer based in the USA? Even the so-called chairman ( Undercover dictator leader/owner ) called me Ignorant just for saying "Justice delayed is justice denied. Same goes to my money." I know everone in Epik - starting from the so-called CEO - is a puppet and the puppet master is busy doing a side-job. Same way the last Ethiopian Emperor [Haile Selassie] spent $35 million for celebrating his 80th birthday during the Wollo famine which killed 200,000 peoples. I wonder if Americans could take this as saving their own country's image and file a case in the USA. This company should be punished! I know I won't get compensation, Not even my own hard earned money, But I will never ever remove this review. It's the way I could compensate myself for the damage Epik has carelessly done in my life. Wanna help me? Just don't do any business with this company. It made me poor, So make them poor, too. I'm powerless in this case. May a powerful ones make them feel the same, betrayed and powerless. Crime & Punishment.

Epik frozen my fund in masterbucks.com without notification. I contacted the support and no result for two months, even if the chairman got involved in this matter. And he did not resolve my problem. It is strange.
Bought a few domains to be used for future development projects in Jan 2021. Rarely logged into my account to renew, make payments, etc. Then 9-27-22 tried to log in because I wanted to transfer some expiring domains from another provider to Epik. Since I switched to a new phone a few months ago I did not have my 2FA account on MSFT Authenticator on my new phone. Thankfully I still had my old phone and was able to log in, generate a QR code to add my account to my new phone. After I did that I removed the account from Authenticator on my old phone thinking I no longer needed it. Then when I tried to re-login to my Epik account it did not work. Chat support was very courteous and helpful but said they could not clear the problem on my account without my PIN. I obviously could not get my PIN because I am now locked out of my account. They will only fix the 2FA problem if I submit hi res selfies including one of me holding my ID. Since they already have had a data breach, I am extremely reluctant to provide the kind of material that a hacker could use to impersonate me in the event of another data breach. So now Epik has my money and my domains, and I have no access to domains I already purchased. 48 hours ago I would have not believed the negative reviews here, but I sure believe them now. Update (09/29): Was told by chat support that a manager would review my case in 24 hours. Of course that did not happen either. I'm noticing a trend here. Epik invites those having any issue to contact their support. And indeed their support folks are polite and cordial. But the problem does not get solved and it feels like a stall tactic. I am extremely thankful that I did not lose more money or valuable production domains, but my heart goes out to some of these reviewers who have large sums of money being withheld. Please exercise caution and discernment if you are considering doing business with Epik.
I just used epik before 2 years. Almost 70 deal with epik. And i used some of prepaid card for funding to epik from others. But 7 month later 3 chargeback come. And epik already deducted all chargeback from my epik account. After deducting all chargeback from my ACC they still hold all off my account balance. Now totally hold my acc.

Hello Everyone, I highly recommend you guys never make any deal using EPIK. Those guys are Scammers! Last time, I am selling my website Using Epik. My client pays the total amount and the transition charge (1100$+55$). It's have been three months have passed. Still, Epik didn't provide my money! From last week they don't even reply to my mail! This is the worst experience I am facing in my whole life. I can't trust EPIK anymore!
Some really silly folks on these reviews. This company is completely solid. I have used them to host many domains. Yes some domain renewals are more expensive (i.e. .NET .COM), but the renewal prices are clearly listed on their website (search: "epik renew gltd prices"), the information is easy to find. But if you are concerned with a website takedown, free speech issues, this is the best registrar bar none. If TLD renewal pricing is the issue I would recommend using TLD's with a lower renewal price i.e. .XYZ, but there are many others.
Please DO NOT!!! have EPIK.COM manage any of your DOMAIN if you ever want to get it back. The customer service is a joke and they dont care that a company is not able to communicate for almost a week. If you have your Domain under epik then I would advise you to move is a fast as you can. I have never seen a company if you want to call it that, that is so unprofessional.

Oct 09,2022Very nice registrar. Tons of TLDs to choose from and the prices are not very expensive. Ordering stuff is quick and easy and if you need help, the customer service is great, quick to respond, and very helpful. Would recommend this registrar to anyone looking to purchase a domain.
