I was hesitant at first due to some past reviews, but I decided to give Epik a try after the ownership change, and I'm so glad I did! My experience has been nothing short of excellent. I’ve registered numerous domains with them, and each transaction has been smooth and hassle-free. What really impressed me was their user-friendly interface and the range of tools available for managing my domains. I also listed several of my domains for sale in their marketplace, and the process was seamless. Not only did I sell a few domains quickly, but the cashout process was incredibly straightforward. I’ve had no issues whatsoever. I can confidently say that Epik has restored my faith in domain registration and sales. I look forward to continuing my business with them!

I shot myself in the foot by tangling up some legacy accounts for personal domains with my present business account. The agent I spoke with was pleasant and upbeat and got me sorted out quickly. I assume the support is domestic-- I had no issue understanding and being understood and enjoyed the experience. I appreciated their patience in waiting for me to clear all the authentication hurdles to access multiple emails I haven't touched in years and for the recommendation to avoid using my domain-related email address for account access, which hadn't occurred to me as a risk.

There was a dark period where Epik had strayed from the path (being sold sometimes does that) but they are back in the business of providing outstanding service!

EXTREMELY inconsistent tech support. If you're lucky you get routed to one of the competent ones. That's happened about one time in four for me. More usually you get routed to someone who barely knows the job, breaks more than they fix, or very often just ignored entirely. I've never had the email support form actually get an answer (no, it wasn't caught in a spam filter).

Epik has had issues in the past, but has been A++ since the ownership change. I have registered hundreds of domains with them and also SOLD quite a few through their marketplace, no issues with the cashouts ever either.

The assistance and guidance I received was invaluable and absolutely critical to me getting my domains corrected. The fact that Epik can be reached via phone, email, and chat truly does set them apart from the rest of the pack when it comes to other registrars.

Firstly, very convoluted and complicated interface. Secondly, I bought a domain name and have been using it for my email. Out of nowhere, my domain expired, and they want $200 to retrieve it. I am now locked out of accessing many of my accounts now. They said they emailed me multiple warnings that my domain was expiring them. I received emails on my other domains expiring, but not this one. I asked them to forward me a copy of this email they sent to me, and they looked into it, and then said the "system won't allow them to do this". I asked them if there was anything they could do, and they said absolutely not. There was no flexibility. I was also locked out for renewing for 30 minutes, when I have important business to conduct. I asked them if I could renew over the phone, and they said no. Also, generally not a pleasurable experience with the person I was talking to. Having to repeat things 3 or 4 times, even when I was giving them the letters and the associated phonetics (a as in apple, l as in lima). After I buy the domain they are "stealing" from me, I will promptly be transferring it to another domain registrar, along with all my other domains, and not recommending this domain registrar to anyone who wants good customer service.

Sold a domain, never received payment. I used to think this was a good platform because of their easy options to sell and lease out domains. That being said, they stole $3,412.50 from me on the last sale I made through their platform on 12/20/2022. They sold my domain, deposited funds to their Masterbucks platform, I immediately requested withdrawal, and they just refer me to Masterbucks support who never replies, even after a year and a half of trying to get resolution. There's plenty of other reports of this, too. Don't trust this company.
