Quick delivery, delivered with no damage (previous supplier toilet was shattered never even tried to replace it just refund ) so reordered with ergonomic designs, very happy reasonable price. Def recommend good customer service.

I ordered a frameless shower screen but was delivered a semi-frameless one. I contacted Customer Services who told me that it was the correct item delivered and offered no explanation or apology. As the shower was required for immediate use the supplied item was fitted and is 'ok' but not what was ordered. I would not order from this company again due to the indifference shown.

Very competitive prices which drew us to this site initially. Super slick & quick delivery with excellent communication. Unfortunately we did encounter a couple of problems with damaged items but in fairness this was a manufacturing fault & not ergonomic designs fault. Customer service has been excellent & issues resolved fairly & quickly. Will definitely recommend this company & would almost certainly use them again.

Do not order from this company, as others have stated before, sub-standard products!! I ordered a shower tray that crumbled away on instillation due to it being only a few mm thick in some places, after waiting over a week for a reply apparently it wasn’t a manufacturing fault 🤔 avoid!!!!

Purchased a shower tray. Looked fine hence we unpacked it and disposed of packaging into the skip. We attempted to fit it only to discover the stated measurements were 6mm over on the length and 5.5mm over on the width. Company responds by asking for pictures of tray and tape measure. They state that following that they may contact the manufacturer as the trays have tolerances. 6mm and 5.5mm!! You have to be kidding. Even if the tray is oversize they won’t take it back if all the original packaging isn’t present! Of course, because the tray APPEARED OK, the packaging was taken off and disposed of. Appalling customer service. Will I purchase from them again? NO. With a different approach from Customer Services it could have all been so different.

Before ordering from their site I spoke with one of their advisors and asked about the availability of the item. (Shower tray slate 1500x800). The advisers said that supplier has 18 items in stock and item will be with me in next 3 working days. Later on that day another colleague of them mailed me and told me they got no more stock. Order placed at 10am in the morning.

Excellent Service. Never received confirmation of order due to (unknown) email issue on my side. On enquiry, ergonomicdesigns were very responsive, providing confirmation of order and invoice. Furthermore, they followed up with supplier to get delivery estimate for me, and later on day of delivery, confirmed with me that I received all ok. Would have no hesitation ordering again from ergnomicdesigns.

I purchased a shower bath and bath screen at a discounted price compared to other suppliers. Delivery or local collection was offered. Available quickly too. Really pleased...thank you... would definitely use again.

Excellent company - very impressed I spoke to a very helpful customer services assistant who was very knowledgeable. The whole experience from information to delivery was smooth and efficient. I bought an offset quadrant shower and tray. It was an unusual size. We specified delivery date and it came when expected. Great product.

Easy to use website with clear information. Great prices - I found the shower door I needed for almost half of what I was being offered by the builder. Delivery was on time with regular notifications. And the product looks great!

Nothing but positive things to say, after being given the run around by a different company thought nothing to lose had to get a cistern quickly, was exactly what I wanted, came super quick and well packaged, would definitely recommend!
