Feb 17,2021Great value shower, delivered quickly, easy to retrofit. Perfect replacement for broken shower fitting in rental property. The tap appears good quality and simple to use. The shower head and bracket are basic quality but good value at this sale price.

Feb 17,2021Ergonomic Designs sold us an absolutely amazing wall hung vanity unit with countertop. We bought: Horizon Melissani 600mm Laminate Worktop In Elm Grey and Horizon Melissani 600mm Wall Hung Vanity Unit No Top In White Gloss. The quality is sensational. The attention to detail was second to none. It included suitable wall mounting options and even a template to put the towel rail on with! Drawers are soft close and finish is high quality gloss. I didn't know what to expect as the only disappointing thing is the website lacks detail on the vanity units we researched. This one in particular doesn't detail the drawers or the cut out for the u-bend. We took a punt and were more than happy with the final product. Thanks so much!

So we sent an email and we had a response back immediately and a new bath and panel was delivered the next day. I was really impressed and thought it was great service. Was much appreciated

Feb 03,2021We purchased a corner bath from ergonomic designs. It was delivered speedily. Initially it was in perfect condition. It was installed. However after we removed the protective film we noticed marks on the bottom of the bath. We sent pictures to them. They were not willing to replace the bath as they said it was not a manufacturing fault. They intimated that we had spilled something on the bath. We are extremely disappointed and our lovely bath is now flawed and we are stuck with it. Will not recommend this company.

Feb 03,2021After buying a side panel for my shower and not realising that this was not a standalone item, I was informed that I could buy a door for my shower so that I could install the side panel. This wouldn't work for the room that I have, and I found out I needed a standalone wet screen. I was told that I could not return the item as it was passed the 2 week window even though it was not fit for purpose. I purchased a shower tray, a panel kit, and a side panel. If I also needed another item, I should have been informed.

Jan 22,2021Lovely wall unit. Deep blue. However given that it’s a wall mounted item - no drill holes are in the back of the unit to allow it to be affixed to the wall and no bracket or instructions were included either. Very odd. Super fast delivery.
