Aug 10,2020We ordered the Hudson Reed vanity unit in twilight blue. The finish of the vanity cabinet at the plinth is poor with finish missing and defective and the ceramic finish of the basin exhibits pitting along the front edge. Very disappointing! Not the quality I would expect for this price. We contacted ergonomic designs requesting to return it and get a refund. The communication was very poor and instead of picking up the faulty goods we had to wait until they communicate to the manufacturer to arrange collection. In the meantime I had to store the unit for 8 days until collection. Although the faulty goods was collected no communication from them to acknowledge receipt of the returned goods and no refund received . Still chasing ! I would not order !

Aug 07,2020Cheapest price for Hansgrohe kitchen tap I wanted. Pleased with the experience. Delivery estimate for direct supplier shipment was cautious, the parcel arrived in half the time (in my case less than a week from Germany).

Jul 31,2020Excellent service. I ordered a Wall Hung Toilet, Abacus Frame and Plush Plate. I wasn't sure if the Frame and Toiler were compatible, but their online service were quick to respond with advice enabling me to order the correct items. Fantastic price compared to the High Street and all items came within 2 days and at no extra cost. Can't fault them.

Jul 29,2020After two previous attempts with two other companies, I received my shower panel from Ergonomic Design Bathrooms in good order. It was delivered quickly and very well protected. Thank you Danny Crook packer! The same product was also £100 cheaper than Victorian Plumbing who delivered a badly packaged, damaged unit and took more than two weeks to respond. Difference was like night and day.

Jul 17,2020Horrendous experience. Avoid this company. Ordered items, spending a lot of money. It was damaged. Reported well within the 14 day return period mentioned on their website. Refused as apparently had to report damages within 48 hours. Still refusing to replace or return and are being terrible to deal with as they don’t have a customer service team.

Jul 10,2020Don't waste your time with this company. If the item is received damaged like mine, be prepared to spend lots of time trying to get someone to do there job and pick the damaged item up. They will offer their apologies and say they will' 'Track' the return, but never do. 3 requests made to collect damaged radiator, nothing happened. Save yourself the grief, buy elsewhere, it may cost a bit more, but it be far less stressful than dealing with these clowns.
