Delivery was speedy, but then the delivery charge was quite expensive compared to other suppliers. The items appear to be in good order but unfortunately as with everything else at this time, the installation has had to be put on hold.

I bought this shower seat for my 86 year old Mother-in-Law who was having difficulty standing for long periods in her shower. The price & delivery was excellent. The seat was easy to install, extremely comfortable to use & takes up very little space in the shower...my Mother-in-Law was so pleased. I’m posting this review to help others because it was a review like this that helped me to decide on this product.

Great service. I ordered a shower unit online lunchtime Thursday with ‘standard’ delivery and it arrived at midday on Friday. I haven’t fitted the shower unit yet, but it looks and feels great quality and the price was great too. Would happily recommend this supplier.

Needed a replacement for the glass shelf after the original was dropped so I ordered the whole shelf again. The shelf has the British Standard code for the toughened glass printed on it in the corner in white, which the original didn't, so that's unexpected and not very aesthetically pleasing.

Ordered some taps ... too lazy to phone to check in stock ... order accepted ... seemed ok. Next morning received phone call to inform me that taps unavailable until July. Money refunded to paypal account same day. That's the way to do it if it can't be done. Thank you EDG.

Bought as a replacement. Delivered the next day, I was given a time slot by the courier and it arrived on time. Fitted perfectly. I have ordered from here a few times and have always had the same reliable service. Would recommend.

Speedy and efficient service, with the (same, genuine) part costing c1/5th of that price quoted by the manufacturer ! Unfortunately, the DPD driver delivered the parcel to the wrong house, despite me instructing to leave it in my porch (I actually saw him deliver to the wrong house, despite the parcel being correctly addressed) - when I contacted DPD, they blamed it on the driver not being English and having trouble reading/interpreting the house number (despite both houses having clear numbers displayed outside) !

You have not actually managed to deliver the product yet. First one damaged so you didn’t deliver it, delivery then rearranged and you failed to deliver. Now expected tomorrow! So far not a good experience. Previous product from you was not delivered when you stated either. On your last chance now.

Can't fault em, simple order of two CC BTW toilets; best price anywhere; very helpful and courteous member of staff phoned me next morning (having ordered the night before) to confirm when I'd prefer delivery. Goods despatched a couple of hours later. Delivered when they said they were going to be and the courier made contact to confirm approximate delivery time and location the day before. Can't really ask for more; wish certain other companies would aspire to a similar level of customer service! Will certainly not hesitate to use again.
