Jan 03,2020Ergonomic Designs pass the book. Vanity unit has split after less than six months use. Actually purchased Aug 2018 but builder schedule meant Kitchen was done before bathroom causing delay to July 2019 before fitting. 5 Year warranty. Response is because it may have got wet in a bathroom so out of guarantee. Nothing we can do. Tried to be reasonable with them willing to accept a drawer front and replace myself. This is not the end of this. If you are thinking of purchasing Hudson Reed Products just remember 5 year warranty actually means 5 mins if you are going to put a bathroom vanity unit in a bathroom or have steam close to it

Jan 03,2020Needed a very specific item (700×1000 offset quadrant shower cubicle and tray). Ordered with another online retailer and was let down twice. Found Ergonomic Designs via google as they stocked what I needed, placed the order and then rang them to check it was definitely available. They arranged a call back to confirm stock and also gave a rough idea of when to expect delivery, as it was coming direct from the supplier. Perfect service and really happy with the product.

Dec 10,2019A good service. The toilet was actually in stock and was delivered straight from a warehouse in a couple of days.Delivery driver called ahead to let me know he was on the way. When arrived he carefully checked that the packages were correct.

Dec 10,2019I ordered an Aqualisa shower. Perfect price and perfect product- however, one suggestion: you can improve the customer's experience by being a bit more precise as to the delivery days. I understand that you don't ship things yourself but being the "broker", you can put a bit of pressure on your suppliers for them to be more pro-active in giving proper ETA. having said this, thank you very much and I shall definitely remember you!

Until I got the taps, the service was great but since one tap is faulty and I need help to replace it, no one is supporting to deal with this issue. I have called several times to replace the tap but I have been asked to send pictures and videos etc. I can simply send you the faulty tap and replace it with good one. Please deal with this matter as a matter of urgency. Thanks

Jan 11,2020Shower board well priced, and delivered as promised. Product had slight damage. This was inside the package, without damage to the package; so probably from manufacturer. Contacted Ergonomic Designs and sent photo. It was agreed that return could be later than normal, as that part will probably cut off - but that is not yet known. Very helpful, as saved return and re-delivery. A very user-friendly company!
