Nov 08,2019Received all items on time. Had to return two sinks and had to chase twice for a refund but received now. Delivery and return very expensive nearly £100.00. Discovered my local bathroom shop can get better prices for items I ordered and no delivery charge! So worthwhile checking before buying online! Items I kept are of good quality, Crosswater Taps and Ergonomic Shower head and shower valves. Yet to be used but looks great.

Nov 06,2019I had a fair deal and this company corrected an error I made on my order and kept me posted on developments. They were helpful and courteous, delivery was carefully made and as expected. Just allow a couple of weeks before items are required if you want a wide range of items in a consolidated delivery. Recommended and would buy from them again.

Items were great spec and at really reasonable prices. So happy I went with these guys instead of the other competitive company (I know lots of people who have had issues). Would recommend to anyone

Oct 27,2019Made the order online, order a shower tray, shower surround and a raiser kit! Ordered the wrong raiser kit which I wouldn’t of known until it arrived so a Customer service advisor emailed me to let me know and sent the details of the correct kit. Many thanks

Oct 24,2019I ordered 2 chrome toilet roll holders which were almost half the price of identical ones from other companies. They arrived quickly and are of excellent quality, solid, heavy and look much more expensive than they were. I would definitely buy from Ergonomic Designs Bathrooms again.

Oct 16,2019I am very happy with my new Burlington Edwardian Towel Rail for 610mm Basin. It fits the sink perfectly and was very easy to fit. Ergonomic Designs were the best price for this that I found and delivered the item quickly and in perfect order. My only slightly negative comment is that it could have been packaged in a smaller box. I will definitely use Ergonomic Designs again.

Oct 14,2019Got a new shower tray and cubicle/enclosure from these guys. The staff member (Gavin) was very helpful, and knew exactly what I needed and advised on sizes that would work best for my bathroom. Also was able to get everything delivered on one day, even though I had parts from 3 different suppliers. Will definitely use them again when I get around to doing my downstairs bathroom.

Oct 10,2019I purchased a shower kit with a two way shower (overhead + handheld) and a bath tap. (product ID ED003F-SHA04-SH315-EA383-SH-SPOUT05) The final result once installed in stunning. I wish I could post a picture. The plumbers I hired to renovate the bathroom did not encounter any difficulty dealing with this product. I called head to clarify some delivery options, and the person who answered was helpful and knowledgeable. The delivery itself was without hiccups. I received all the details in real time via email and texts. Only minus note, the shower kit came with a plastic container as extra-security to avoid spillage via the handheld deck-mounted slot. We elected to not use it as it would seriously shorten the available hose length (by about 50 cm)+ was taking too much space under the tub. I'm sure a smaller container would be as effective, as it is never supposed to contain much water in the first place. This is a design comment and has no impact whatsoever on the quality of the transaction, the vendor communication or the quality of the goods provided.

Oct 10,2019Franke tap was fine, although the flexibles supplied were shorter than my plumber expected. Note advising of delivery date was rather terse. The email was received the evening before the delivery and said that it couldn't be delivered to a neighbour. If we were not in, and a redelivery was required, this would incur an extra charge. Also, although the message said that Ergonomic might be able to advise an approximate delivery time, this was not available for our delivery. Fortunately we were able to rearrange our day to stay in and it duly arrived late morning.

Oct 08,2019After having my electric shower die on me, and looking around for a decent electric one, a friend advising changing to a thermostatic one instead. I wqs looking around for different options and ended up on ergonomic designs. The different options they have for this sort of thing were great, and since I felt in over my head knowing nothing about plumbing, I opted to call them. I spoke to someone who was extremely knowledgeable and advised me what would work best with my system, even with my inept description of it. I ended up buying a new shower which makes my previous electric shower seem like a relic, and actually ended up cheaper than the electric ones I was looking at, and has a side shower too :D

After dealing with one of their competitors who wasted a month of my time and failed to deliver I was anxious that I’d have the same experience..... this company is first class!! Ordered on the internet on the Wednesday evening, phone call on the Thursday morning giving me a delivery slot and delivery arrived on the Friday morning. The driver was lovely ( I think they use their own van and man ) and everything arrived in perfect condition. Yes you pay for delivery but it’s worth every penny!!! Highly recommend this company!

Nov 14,2019very good product at an affordable price , ive bought 4x 3 way mixers plus 2 for spares over the last 2 years for a house in the caribbean , working well and the chrome stays on in a very harsh environment .
