Prices were far lower than those advertised by other suppliers, so l ordered two items. I needed to ask some questions, and the phone was answered immediately by a courteous young man who provided me with all the answers. A phone call from the driver on the morning of the delivery ensured that l was there to receive it. Beautiful quality goods and exceptional customer service.

Purchased a shower door. Agree a delivery date of the 9th July. Even got a email with that date on it!! It was delivered on the 26th June!!! Signed for by the outgoing tenant, so not sure it will still be there, rang them up and they said as it had been signed for it was my responsibility if it was no longer there. If you agree a delivery date make sure your supplier sticks to it!!!!!

Ordered 2 freestanding gloss white bathroom units, and have to say I'm very impressed. Fast delivery, excellent quality all I needed to do was put the handles on them. A great addition to my bathroom to hide all the cleaning stuff!

I bought several items for the bathroom at very competitive prices and they arrived in 2 days. Unfortunately one item arrived broken but the company exchanged it very quickly at their expense. This slight hiccup was no big deal and I'm very happy with the whole transaction. It’s helpful to see good reviews but the best measure is how the company dealt with a problem, as none of us want hassle. They scored 10/10 so I’d highly recommend Ergonomic Designs.

Ordered an item that was advertised as "available" on Wednesday, emailed me that it was out of stock 3pm friday. Very very disappointed. Don't say it's available when it's not..... Let's hope they are better at sending your money back!

Outstanding customer service (Thank you Tara). Fast dispatch and although the delivery person had issues dropping the items off, Tara from customer service was so friendly and helpful following up - it made the experience great.

Massively impressed. Ordered late on a Tuesday night, had a direct phone call from the manufacturer the next morning to arrange delivery, and my bath screen arrived first thing on Friday. Great price and great service. Couldn't be happier.

Order a sink which arrived with big cracks in it. We rang the company to ask for a replacement or failing that a refund, and they refused to provide either, saying it was not their problem. Awful customer service definitely do not use them.

I purchased a Cassellie bathroom cabinet as part of a larger order and within three months the paint started to bubble and come away from the unit. Following my complaint on 14.01.18 I was requested twice to supply photographs and did so. Ergonomic Designs stated that they had passed my complaint onto the manufacturer and were awaiting a response from Cassellie. Having taken further advice I pointed out that under consumer legislation Ergonomic Designs had supplied the faulty goods and therefore, I should not have to await a decision from the manufacturer. Following this on 21st January I received an email from Ergonomic Designs stating that Cassellie had agreed to replace the unit and that having given my telephone number I would be contacted by Cassellie directly. Following on from this I have chased Ergonomic Designs twice and each time been told that Cassellie will contact me over the next day or so and each time this has failed to happen. I feel that Ergonomic Designs have attempted to fob me off with the promise of a manufacturers call without taking responsibility for the sale of the faulty item. Perhaps, other customers simply give up and accept the provision of faulty goods. I can concur with the other reviews of appalling customer service from Ergonomic Designs. 01.02.18 Following the assurance from Ergonomic Designs that the replacement unit would be with me at the latest today I took the day off work to await delivery. I chased them for a delivery time this morning and was told via email at 11.30 that they were chasing with Cassellie and then yes you've guessed it nothing! I will be left with not alternative but to refer the matter to my credit card supplier to obtain a refund for both units as one is no good without the other. I will repost this review on Cassellie to enable them to share the honours for the appalling service.

I have been a little disappointed with this company. I ordered a new gold shower system to match the other fittings in my shower room. On delivery I noted that, the colours of the various component parts did not match. I called to explain and was told to send photographs and send the items back. I paid DPD £15 to return the items in the hope that Ergonomic designs would refund this as the goods were not fit for purpose (the purpose being a matching shower system). While I understand that there can be colour variances if you buy different items from different manufacturers, that should not be the case where the items are part of a set from the same manufacturer. Whilst, I should stress that Ergonomic Designs has refunded the cost of the goods (avoiding a 1 star review), had they been willing to reimburse the cost of returning the goods, I may have bought from them again. The reason given was that, they had said in a later email they would collect the items however, this was after I had been told to return them and had arranged for this to be done. They also said the manufacture did not acknowledge a fault.

Delighted. After many hours of research we finally opted to purchase a Bristan Bliss10.5kw electric shower and Ergonomic Design provided not only a very competitive price but also a great efficient next day delivery service too. Thank you.

Bought a basin from them and it arrived faulty. It was reluctantly replaced a total of 4 times, all further units also showed manufacturing defects. It’s been 4 months since the initial sale and I’m still waiting for a refund. Thankfully, I paid through PayPal so can hopefully recover the cost.

This is an excellent company to deal with. Very helpful staff. Did exactly as they promised and were more than helpful when I required a refund for an item I had ordered which I didn't need.

Searched all over to find best deal on Roca furniture and other bits. Could not find any cheaper. Placed order and was kept informed of delivery throughout. Had a slight problem with a toilet pan, which was not down to the company but which was resolved very quickly. This for me is a go-to site for good kit at great prices. Wish I had come across it earlier. No hesitation in recommending.

Good price. Goods came but an item was damaged but was replaced promptly. Customer service was prompt in their response. Logistics wise, really not very efficient. We had new order delivered by 1 courier, damaged item picked up by 2nd courier and replacement by a 3rd.

Initially a very good service, products arrived in good time and were good value. Beware of the short window for notifying of issues though, often impossible for a large bathroom order which a tradesman is likely to fit for you... When our plumber discovered that the shower valve was missing the control dials I got back in touch to notify Erg Designs but was told that because it was more than 2 weeks since the order was placed the CCTV of the packing line had been deleted and that I would have to buy these parts again at a cost of £25. Very poor considering the value of my order in total was almost £2500. Asked them to reconsider but this was refused. Wouldn't use again considering the range of competitors out there who operate with slightly more goodwill...
