May 25,2018Ordered a bath, waste and side panel from Ergonomic Designs. Stupidly attracted to competitive price - should of remembered you get what you pay for/peanuts and monkies etc! Items all arrived and installed apart from the bath panel which was the wrong size (even though their website brought it up as the essential to go with the bath???). Called the company and they advised there would be a £25 handling fee to collect, wasn't happy but didn't argue and that still meant a refund of £75. Their chosen partners for deliveries and collections Ideal Bathrooms didn't turn up on the day advised, then the following day left a 'sorry you were out card' even though no ring at the door, luckily the driver was seen putting the advisory through the door and we managed to get him to take the panel. Then a couple of weeks later - no refund - aparently the panel was never collected!!!!!! Luckily today I have found the Collection note - guess if I hadn't they would have continued to suggest I was a liar and kept the panel and my money. Beware.

Ergonomic Designs clearly feature products from many different manufacturers and whilst many components were delivered quickly and efficiently, the supplier of the toilet has let us down badly. Firstly, we got an email to say that they had tried to deliver but there was nobody in to receive it but we were given no notification that a delivery was going to be made. Then it was rebooked for 5 days later but nothing turned up (Ergonomic Designs deny that delivery was rebooked - It was!). Rebooked again for 3 days later (today). Just phoned to confirm that it is definitely being delivered to find that it is now out of stock so not expected for another week! Apparently they supplied the one that had been picked for us to someone else in the mean time. I’ve now has to stand down my plumber twice. Sam at ED says he is sorry but I detect a “so what do you expect me to do about it” attitude.

Jan 16,2018The thermostatic shower mixer, tall basin tap set and shower rail set were excellent quality and very competitively priced. The delivery was prompt, I was notified well in advance of the delivery date and could choose a convenient pick up location. What more could you want? This is the second time I have used Ergonomic Designs and would not hesitate to use them again.
