Kevin says the 300mm Round LED Shower head with easy clean, was purchased and delivered on time. Packaging very secure and product excellent quality. Customer service extremely polite and helpful when referring to a technical query. Will certainly use their service again.

The thermostatic shower I bought looks sturdy and of good quality. Its not fitted yet so can only take it on face value, but so far Im happy, good price and prompt delivery

The service fast and with email correspondence to keep you informed through your delivery of where, when and who is delivering your item. The products I have purchased, are all unique in there style and well made. My bathroom looks amazing.

I initially purchased an Ideal Standard Shower valve and found the service to be good. However I then asked for their advice on a bath shower tap as I needed to replace a poor quality product that was not fit for purpose had broken twice. They recommended the same poor quality product that I already had so I could have no faith in the advice. I later discovered that they have links with the low quality brand which I assume is their reason for pushing it. Not only this but I discovered they are located in the same building as the company I bought the poor quality tap from so are not actually in competition with them at all. I suggest it would be wise to only to buy quality top branded products from these people or risk having problems.

A truly excellent service. I've been ordering items from several bathroom companies, but if I'd known at the start how each would perform I would have bought everything from Ergonomic Designs! Very helpful delivery men too.
