Dec 16,2012I had just purchased a Cheap Shower Valve from another company on Ebay thinking I was saving a few quid. How wrong I was. I found Ergonomic Designs while searching the Web and gave them a ring as I wanted a certain type of Valve. Spoke to a chap who was brilliant all my question were answered. The price was better than I expected and delivered the next day. The Valve was British Made to a to a very high standard. All I can say is Bloody Great, Very Happy. Thank You.

My requirements for bathroom fittings not straightforward but a package was put together for me after tel. con. with well-informed members of Staff. Order executed immediately. Email and text notification of status. Timed delivery for the following day. Packaging entirely effective. Quality of fittings, first class. Jusf need the plumber to turn up now - there's always a downside!!

Oct 03,2012Whilst this product looks really good and the chrome work is fine,I found as a professional plumber that it was difficult to install with out any instructions . The header shower had a leek at the point where an 'o' ring is fitted because it had been over tightened on assembly and one of the LEDs does not work. The center temperature control has a built in safety stop made of thin brittle plastic and was easily damaged during installation and had to be repaired using 'super glue'. The cover plate requires additional clearance around the body in order to achieve a flush fit . Most of these issueshave now been resolved with a 'spares' package. Oct 03,2012They were recommended by our builder and were so easy to deal with. We found most of what we needed on the web then rang and while we were on the phone they added photos to the website so we could see what we were ordering. Two items were delivered incorrectly and they replaced those within 24 hours. Gavin and John were really helpful and supportive.

What a difference to get exceptional service; on-time free next day delivery with a real person who understands all your requirements and where nothing has to be transfered or your call put on hold for questions to be answered. They email immediately if you have a query and call you if necessary. They really did under promise and over deliver!!! A must use company for all your bathroom needs...

Jan 16,2013I am happy with the items received but the order was a little slow. No contact for 6 days (incl the weekend) I had to call to chase up. Delivery could be quicker, especially as it does say online should be within 2 working days.
