Jun 14,2012I purchased several items from Ergonomic Designs and dealt mainly with a man called Gavin. He was incredibly helpful in giving me quality information on the products I was searching for and was able to match prices I had already seen. He was always available for advice and assistance. The outcome was I bought several quality items (Roca wall hung toilet and bidet and the wall frames to support them, triple thermostatic control valve and shower head). Everything arrived well packed and on time with no bother or fuss. I would highly recommend Ergonomic Designs. They made this a pleasant and easy experience for me.

May 23,2012I bought a Hudson reed large shower head and have had nothing but problems with it. After turning the shower off it drips regularly for hours. There is a lot of water left in the shower head once the supply is turned off. Initially I got some helpful tips but when this didn't solve the problem I was just passed to Hudson reed and you weren't prepared to offer a replacement or refund.

May 22,2012well what can I say,a top class product made to last and at fraction of the price I expected to pay,customer service 1 in a million,I would recommend buying from ergonomics as you certainly get more than what u pay for,not a cheap looking product but a well made and designed product which puts style into any bathroom!

May 22,2012I recently bought a shower that was very similar in design to the expensive type you see in the glossy magazines, although this was even better and at a fraction of the cost! A cluster of LED's light up as the flow begins that change colour as the water heats up and in turn indicates when the water is at the right temperature. It was also easy to fit, dispatched very quickly and extremely robust in comparison to the majority of the showers on the market.

What I expected I got and when it was promised it came. I am regurlarly dissapointed with companies products when received and let down on delivery promises so often, it was a pleasant change to be satisfied on all counts.

May 21,2012Having bought a shower set from the online company i was worried as to the quality, but was very supprised when it arrived and having fitted the unit it is a treat to use, power is very good, the unit feels like a quality unit and we have had no problems at all. Fitting the unit was diffirent as we needed diffirent size inlets and had to use stepdowns, but the support from the company was excellent and i got an answer within minutes from phoning them. The shower head that came with the unit was very plastic feeling and cheap, but the rain head has a very expensive and well made look. All in all a very good system and much cheaper than the rivals. I would recommend, and am thinking of renovating the other bathroom now with the same products.

May 20,2012Rang Ergonomic designs before buying a shower set and they were very helpful in putting together the set I wanted and even modified their website so I could order online. The shower valve seems pretty well made - solid/heavy, and it all plumbed in AOK first time. I don't recall there being any instructions, but as I install quite a lot of showers it was no problem. Been using this set for a good few month now and all working well.

Jun 20,2012I called Ergonomic Designs Bathrooms to get a quote for shower mixer with diverter. Staff was very helpfull and i have purchased shower mixer for a very good price. The delivery came next day. The product is made of quality materials, every part can be easy replaced and is easy to install. I highly recommend this company.
