Sep 08,2012Fantastic service, friendly people on the phone, goods exactly as described and delivery was brilliant on time with detailed tracking. Would have been five stars if email had been responded to (they have a problem with aol apparently) and website had more dimensions and sizes etc we had to call as some of the items had no descriptions. Def deal with them again.

Sep 06,2012Reality is this product is of such quality it should never fail in normal use - everything it 'engineered' & fits together perfectly. If you were going to design & build your own this should be the end result & I have an engineering background. It was also delivered very quickly. What let it down was the total lack of anything relevant to install the option I had ordered which was surface mount. This is a pity because I would have liked to give it 5 stars. I could sit down & write the instructions accurately in 30 minutes having now completed the install - so why can't you? I was offered the opportunity to phone for support after I had queried this but really it just needed to be supplied with instructions ...

I ordered a lush shower which was not only good quality but a good price really at £195 for something that could have cost a lot more elsewhere, quickly delivered, unfortunately it was a little damaged however I could not have cared less as the customer service was by far the best I have received in a while. The replacement parts were quickly dispatched and they accommodated my tight time-scale needed for the first fix in my home! Fab company, Fantastic shower and great customer service! what more could you want!

Jul 16,2012I purchased a shower from Ergonomic Designs a few years ago and found I needed to replace a valve. After going on-line to purchase one I fell at the final hurdle when my internet connection went down on a Sunday evening. One phone call later on the Monday morning, I gave my name, Ergonmic Designs recognised my account , I made payment and the valve arrived Tuesday afternoon. Excellent!! :-) I would recommend them to any one. Pity my internet provider doesn't operate the same customer service. It was Thursday before they got their act together :-(

Gavin was really helpful in working out the cost and the parts needed (only working from my vague description!). The order process was really efficient and all items arrived next working day. Jul 06,2012Delivery was a nightmare DPD did not even leave a calling card but that is not really the retailers fault. Disappointed in presentation of item, ordered a shower turn up in a huge box for a little shower fitment, on opening it did literally look like it had been slung in the box. Hope that when I install it, it is ok. On the whole seemed a good company was surprised at this given all positive reviews id read.

Patiently and plesently answered all my questions, even those that showed I was a complete beginner. Ended up with a very nice bath/shower setup, and a very good price. Delivered very quickly.
