Feb 04,2025I had my solar panels and batteries installed Feb 2023. The team came and installed in half a day. They even include free review and service of the setup for 10 years. The team were polite and tidied up post installation. Not sure what there is to service but they do check the system fittings on the roof. This is a company I can recommend. I waited this long before posting to be sure everything was reliable.

Feb 01,2025When the installer of my Solar Panel system went into liquidation I lost, and needed to replace, the insurance against the risk of the cost of having a breakdown. I contacted ESE Solar and took out a 5 year contract at what I considered a fair cost. At the time and yearly since, the company have arranged an inspection of my installation to check on its performance ad security. At each inspection the company have given me good notice of their visit, and have , when necessary, given me an apointment to suit my situation. At each appointment the engieer has come on time, has, I believe carried out a rigorous inspection, and reported on his findings and been helpful in answering any questions I had. When after changing my computer I lost use of my monitoring system , the company were quick in advising me how to recover it. In addition when I decided to enhance my system with a battery, the company's engineers advised on the modification and installed it without any problems. I am now into my seventh year with ESE Solar, and have full confidence in recommending the company to your readers. Ray Woodward

Feb 01,2025I needed to dovetail my solar fitment with a new roof. ESE reduced the price to take account of already having the scaffolding up. They were flexible with the dates as we worked around the availability of the roofers.

Jan 31,2025Excellent working by the team when they were on site, and very prompt start of the install. Good team at the head office for support. The only reason this is not 5 stars is because it took 2 weeks to get the system started, with many messages and phone calls from me to get a dongle and get the system working. All working great now though and very pleased with it now
