Jan 24,2025I’ve been trying to get my panels and inverter working since the beginning of November. They to look at it once and it still doesn’t work , I had a scheduled appointment yesterday to change everything over and guess what they didn’t turn up , you can’t speak to anyone in charge because no one inthe senior management are ever at head office or they are just lying which doesn’t surprise me. The worst customer service I have experienced, they can’t even put you on hold properly as I heard the conversation between the phone operator and I can only presume was her line manger , it was just terrible, I would recommend if they they were the last company in the planet

Jan 24,2025The installation of the storage battery was done well. The fitters explained every step they were doing and setup the app on my mobile. They also left the place tidy.

Jan 23,2025After electrical we had problems with batteries not discharging and the solar panels not connecting to the house supply. The team sent quickly identified the problem and resolved it. Throughout I was kept informed on what was happening and why. Before they left the checked I knew how to use the app and how to check the system.

Jan 23,2025Had a problem with our ESE battery which their technicians solved and fitted a new inverter at the same time. The guys were really friendly and seemed very professional and if we had a problem (hopefully not) then happy to have them back.

Jan 21,2025I inherited the ESE Solar Panel maintenance contract and the contract was transferred into my name without any issues once proof of ownership was established. When I requested copies of the earlier inspection reports, they were sent promptly with photos of the equipment. The annual inspection took place as scheduled and was handled to cause the least disruption to my tenant at the property where the solar panels are installed. My recent renewal was handled by Christine professionally and courteously with no pressure selling that one has come to expect from many companies. She informed me of the options and contacted me as I had requested. I would recommend ESE Solar based on my experiences of them.
