Jun 12,2024The engineer turned up when he said he would (5 minutes early); he let me know that he was on his way and carried out the work without any fuss or bother. This is the 5th time an engineer from ESE has carried out a review of my system and they have always been excellent, the after service is also first-class...well done ESE Solar, another happy customer.

Jun 12,2024Mark was booked to come on 5th June. He called on the afternoon of 4th June to say he was in the area and to ask if he could he come then instead. This suited me perfectly, and I was delighted he took this initiative. Knowledgeable, clear and very useful feedback and advice, thank you.

Jun 11,2024Engineer arrived on time showing his id explained what he was going to do checked the solar panels and the solar installation. Explained about installing a battery to improve performance of the system. Something that we may look into in the future. Very happy with visit and as always pleased with the service provided. Thank you

Jun 11,2024App not working. online technical support only. I spent some time working through this but could not resolve the issue. I sent an email on 30th May and again on 4th June and received a message that they would reply in 2-3 days, but now 2 weeks later I have still not heard anything. It seems impossible to get through to them and so impossible to remedy the problem. I do not recommend them.

Jun 08,2024DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - We spent a lot of money on an all singing and dancing solar system in August last year and are so disappointed. Since installation we have had no visibility at all about the power generation. We should be selling power to the grid but we’re now receiving escalating bills from Octopus. Something is very wrong. System is permanently offline. They will FIT and FORGET. The only way you can speak with them is via the sales team. Installers were good but there was no explanation about how it works and nothing at all done to fix the problems. 2 dongles later & nearly a year later we’re still waiting. We had hoped we could recommend them but sadly not.

Jun 07,2024This was a revisit to rectify a fault with our UPS. On this occasion the ESE Team fixed the issue (2nd visit) satisfactorily. The engineer however did arrive over 2 hours earlier than confirmed, which could have been a problem. Fortunately not, and better early than late or not at all!

Jun 12,2024They get in touch with me every year and make an appointment to cneck my solar panels. They phone me before hand to make sure I am in, check it over and give a report and advice. If anything is wrong they rectify it, Having had my system in for 13 years nothing has gone wrong yet. Thanks for an oustanding service
