Feb 07,2025I have been with ESE Solar for six years and have a service agreement with them. They phone me when my service is due, arrange a suitable time, and tell me the name of the engineer who will carry out the service on my solar system. The engineers are very professional and check out the whole system. I am very happy with my link with ESE Solar and recommend them.

Feb 07,2025The gentleman, who came identified himself. He checked the converter's history, and reminded me that it was coming to the end of its life. He told me that it needs regular checks so that we do not lose to much energy loss, and that replacement of the converter is covered in the monthly fees paid. He also checked the meter as well.

Feb 07,2025An engineer visited our premises and examined the solar controller and batteries charger. They provided us with valuable advice and recommended an additional battery. The price offered was reasonable, and the additional battery would enhance our power storage capacity and enable us to utilise it more effectively.

Feb 08,2025Engineer who visited suggested a way to get a battery inexpensively. I don’t use a lot of electricity anyway but he explained that the reconditioning battery would still have the full guarantee and also how the existing arrangement( where the panels heat the water before export ) would still work. The two days after installation were very sunny and so I can confirm that everything is working to my full satisfaction.
