Feb 17,2025I contacted the website 7 days ago,now! After waiting the specified 72 hours,after receiving 1 email,and no f,as it seems they are happy to receive payments,but not too happyurther contact from them! I phoned this morning and spoke to someone in accounts,that SAID he would notify the company,and had found our INITIAL COMPLAINT! I've still heard NOTHING! Our payments have always been paid on time! Without fail! The next Port of call is the OMBUDSMAN,as it seems they are happy to take our money,but NOT very happy to stick to our maintenance contract!! I await SOME EXPLANATION!!

Feb 15,2025All in all very pleased with our Solar System, provided and installed by ESE Some minor, earlier issues such as: Unnoticed broken roof tiles which required the ESE fitters to return, some months later to fix. Also in the first 8 months, due to missing and approved certification, we weren’t payed for the excessive exported kW to the grid. Eventually ESE solved this problem by issuing required certification for the system. We are pleased to confirm: ESE have addressed both issues. Procedures now in place for roof inspection after installation. Required certification for exporting kW is no longer an issue.

Feb 14,2025Friendly courteous annual checkup. Everything working fine. Advised us to get a backup battery, to save on electric, makes sense with prices being so high at the moment. Was a bit bothered about how they’d fit it, our home was farm building built in 1735, but not a problem. Looking forward to the savings.
